Very nice comfortable place with friendly and helpful staff. Great bath and shower. Quite noisy outside. Only downside was the food, the beef was so tough almost inedible. Overall a lovely place.

I booked the hotel because it was close to where I wanted to be. I was surprised positively because there is little information about this hotel from local sources. That may be the reason why there were very few guests. The room I was given was not only spacious with beautiful view of the city on the side of stadium, but also was very clean and very quite. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The manager was responsive to requests I made. The house keeping staff responded in minutes when water leaked from a very heavy and windy rain. In short, my stay was excellent.

Delano Hotel is relatively new, located close to Bahir Dar International Stadium. The service I received during my stay is excellent. Staff are generally friendly. I enjoyed their breakfast items. The hotel room is spacious. Rest rooms are kept clean. In my opinion, it is the best value service for the price in Bahir Dar.

Service was no problem during my stay - from the airport pick-up until I left again. I enjoyed the informative walk around the market; and for the more adventurous to make use of local taxi's for transport. I would recommend a tuk-tuk ride! Did not have much time to explore around the city but I going to if I get another opportunity. Room was clean and spacious but can do with better sound-proofing inside the hotel. Breakfast was reasonable and to be expected for the price you pay. Beer was Cold but no Ice available should you need something else.

The staff at this hotel is very good and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay. I enjoyed my time at the Delano and recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Bahir Dar.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Clean, modern, reasonably priced, and courteous staff. It is conveniently located to Lake Tana (a two minute drive) and the hotel at the restaurant offers many options as part of the complimentary buffet (I am a vegetarian and I had an ample selection to choose from). I would definitely stay here again.

Delano hotel is a gem in Bahir Dar. It may seem a bit further our, but Bahir Dar is only a small city and everything is in walking distance. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable. The shower had constant hot water and great pressure. I was extremely impressed and wouldn't bother looking at any other hotels if I am to return to Bahir Dar. Thanks so much!!

I generally enjoyed my stay at Delano Hotel: staff is very friendly and helpful. I also liked the quiet environment and clean rooms. The breakfast is limited and overly local: I also did not like the pre-toasted bread since I like my toast warm and want it browned to my preference - I advised the staff to simply place a toaster in the restaurant.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhätnis... alles funktionierte, war sauber, Zimmer gut eingerichtet, freundliches Personal! Würde es sofort wieder buchen.

- Comfortable hotel with spacious rooms - Breakfast is just so-so, as the pastries are not fresh enough. Dinner in the hotel is better, but you have to wait for a long time (an hour) for the food

L'hotel offre camere piuttosto confortevoli e dotate di molti accessori, alcuni dei quali veramente apprezzabili come la zanzariera e il repellente automatico. La colazione lascia piuttosto a desiderare, specialmente riguardo la pulizia della sala dedicata. Lo staff alla reception e' piuttosto cortese, ma sopratutto l'addetto ai turisti (sig.Getcham) e' molto corretto e disponibile.
