Had my wedding here in August and it was a DREAM!!! Sarah was the most wonderful host possible and made planning a wedding from the States a breeze. The estate is absolutely phenomenal. So much character and history, you will be in awe. You feel like you're in a movie. I did almost no decor for my wedding because the venue itself takes care of everything. The house is spotless and so comfortable. There's stunning views from every angle & window. As an American who isn't a fan of Irish food, this is the best cooking I've EVER had in Ireland (sorry to my Irish family) I still think about the food constantly. Sarah is extremely accommodating to her guest and just an absolute joy to be around. Truly no words can do this place and my experience justice. Pictures don't even do this place justice. this house has everything you could possibly need and is a very short walk into town as well. There's so much to do on the property and kids will have a blast there especially with all the animals! This was such a magical stay for me and made my wedding so special. In the future when I go back to Ireland, even though I have a place to stay with my family, I will make sure to stay at least one night back at the Lismacue house to see Sarah and think about how dreamy my wedding was. We had a fantastic experience at Limascue! The owners were so gracious & hospitable. The stay was a true highlight of our trip to Ireland. A beautiful property giving us a true taste of Irish history. The breakfast was also amazing. Highly recommended!!
