Very nice stay at the Beachfront hotel, wasn't too sure when we booked but on arrival was pleasantly surprised. Luckily we got a parking space in the side road but there is parking at the hotel for a fee. Check in was quick and easy. Guy on reception (never got his name) helped me up the stairs with luggage and was very pleasant throughout our stay. The room was clean and adequate for what we wanted, good shower, hot water, fairly spacious, decor was ok, the bed was not the most comfortable but we slept ok. Only gripe we had with the room was it could do with some bedside tables or a shelf just to put a cup of tea on rather than having to use the floor... Location was perfect for all Blackpool has to offer, just a short walk to the centre and obviously the tram is just across the road All in all we had a very nice stay at this hotel. For the price we paid we were very happy, we've paid a lot more to stay in hotels that were very disappointing, cold, noisy and uncomfortable with staff who didnt care. Definitely not at the Beachfront Hotel and we will be regulars at this hotel in future.

Phoned hotel to ask about parking was told when we arrived that we would be able to have secured parking for £7 daily when we arrived was asked to park at the back of the hotel in a back alley where we had to dodge dog dirt We booked a superior sea view room nothing superior about it desperately needs decorating very shabby We only had a little blow heater on a chair for heating and no hot water for a shower asked the owner about the water he said run the tap for 10 minutes we did this still no hot water we had paid for 4 night's left after 2

Staff were great the room was dated, tiny and cold. Shower was good beds were reasonably comfortable.

Reception was great, really friendly. Close to the sea and excellent location. The rooms are very different to what's shown on the website, but its clean, basic and does the job for one night. It's not the Ritz, but it's Blackpool and by Blackpool standard, it's ok

Decorating is poor , pressure was very poor, not even value for the price petty high without any thing to offer not even a breakfast

Booked standard double which was literally the size of a cupboard, holes in the wall, stained towels as rough as sand paper! Asked to change rooms, charged us £10 for a slightly bigger space. Decor very tired, bed so hard it was like sleeping on the floor! The toilet was constantly filling so constanr noise, no heating! Damp and mould around the ceiling. Broken window latch and awful view! Constant bleeping all night from smoke alarm

The room we got was not the one advertised. It was so small. The tiny tv was on the top of the wardrobe, the window was so dirty, the shower wasnt clean, we xould hwre the people upstairs snoring, everything creaked, including the bed. It was secure, the manager was really lovely. Its a stones throw from the beach. Place itself could do with a major refurbishment

The room wasn't up to standard the guilt cover had blood stain on it the mattress was badly stained liked like urine no mattress protector on the mattress didnt injoy my stay at all

The staff where very friendly and the room we had booked was good and the beach view was amazing the service was okay they need to have someone to come and clean the bedrooms that one thing we didn’t not like but otherwise it okay okay for us to stay at oh and if you ever want to book here they don’t do breakfast that was another point we picked up on it was very hard for us because we are strict vegetarians so we found it very hard to find a good vegetarian restaurant

Excellent beach view. Staff friendly and helpful. Restricted parking. Accommodation needs some attention - cracks in sink, ill-fitting window in our room.

Every thing is good and well mentioned , nice and clean

I booked 2 room one with 2 single beds which the room was far to small i also booked a room with a seaview which was great.The manager of the hotel was amazing helping my mum who is in a wheelchair and also helped with our bags to our rooms which i thought was a nice touch to welcome us and any problems we had was looked at right away nothing was to much trouble for him and we also left a day early because of the weather and he offered us a free one night stay if we return.
