フロントが無いホテルです。膝が悪いので、低層階のリクエストが出来ているのは確認済みなのに3階でした。 チェックインの為のメールが当日の夜しか届きませんでした。エレベーターが無く、スーツケースを持って上がるのに30分以上かかりました。 チェックインメールの前に電気点検のお知らせメールが来て、勝手に部屋に入るから了承してくれとのこと。 いや、その前に部屋はどこなの？ じゃあ、タオルを交換してって返信しました。タオルはそのままでした。 電気点検の後、シャワーが出なくなっていました。 シャワー無しで体だけキッチンで拭いてチェックアウトしました。 もう2度と利用しないと思います。

Location was good. Loved the self-check in and access via key code on the door handle. Could have used some soap in the room for washing hands, that’s my only vague gripe. But otherwise, a good single bedroom for the price I paid.

Do not book this place. There are so many reasons NOT to stay here. First, they claimed we would have a double bed and a queen bed. We walked into a full bed in a loft and the smallest sectional couch imaginable. Have a suitcase? Don’t even consider it. There’s no room anywhere to open it. There’s a balcony and that’s awesome! But the problem is the couch (or the double bed I guess) is in the way of the door to open it to the balcony. The places smells. The walls are covered in who knows what. The toilet was left with streak marks in it. We stayed in here for maybe 10 minutes before deciding to just eat the charge and book somewhere else. I own up to the mistake of not reading the reviews before booking, so please don’t do what I did. I will also be contacting Hotels.com to try to take this place off or at least make them advertise it more accurately. I guess the only good side is its convenient location to the tube and Hyde park.

The access was via codes and the code to me room did not work. No one answered the phone and it was not staffed, so I had a very uncomfortable time trying to get any response which eventually came via WhatsApp. I did not feel safe waiting to get in.

My two friends and I had a great stay. The host responded promptly to our inquiries and helped with our needs. The room was a good size, and the toilet was clean with a nice hot shower

Problems with light in the room, carpets in the entrance was very dirty. Quality of room was fairly good comparing to price. Good location - close to Queensway

Morning coffee would have been nice. Stressed out attempting to enter room,door code didn't work,issue was sorted out by text,no one available to talk to as phone number supplied was not answered after a number of attempts.

La habitación se encontraba en un sótano, muy peligroso en caso de incendio, sin salida de emergencia. La única ventilación era una ventana que daba a un cuadrado sin salida. La habitación llena de humedades, las sábanas y la ropa constantemente mojada. Encontrarnos insectos (una pedazo de araña). Nos cambiaron el código de acceso sin avisarnos. Dejándonos tirados una hora en la calle. Lo único aceptable la respuesta “rápida” del servicio. Y la ubicación.

Great location. Good rooms and bathrooms

Absolutely disgusting service. We had to wait 10 minutes outside after we paid £15 for an early check in, and then they proceeded to make us wait 25 minutes inside because they hadn’t even cleaned our room. We went into the room and there was dirty tissues on the side, a dirty tissue on the floor, a dirty tissue with hair under the sheets, dirt on the bed sheets, and a fake nail in the corner of the room. When we complained all they did was spray the floor. They said that they’d give us the £15 back but have not. Would absolutely not recommend at all.

Chambre salle (poussière, cheveux, traces sur les murs), avec présence d’effets personnels montrant que le ménage n’a pas été fait avant notre arrivée. Les équipements ne fonctionnaient pas : wifi, ventilateur, lumière. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, au risque de rester enfermé dans la salle de bain, dont le sol s’enfonçait. La fenêtre ne fermait pas, ce qui fait que le logement pouvait être accessible de l’extérieur.

Bed was very uncomfortable , blind didn't fit window properly and had to be held down with something heavy but light still came in the sides, the emergency light of which there were 2 light the room up like a Christmas tree, the walls were so thin that the very noisy neighbours it felt like I was sharing a bed with them , came home completely wiped out , hand rail on the stairs wobbled in places, No visible staff on site

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. It was one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that made it difficult to breathe, and there was no window for ventilation. It was also very dirty and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Because of the conditions, I was unable to stay there and had to book another hotel, which meant wasting money on a room I couldn’t use. The only positive aspect was the location, which was convenient. Unfortunately, my experience was very poor, and I would not recommend this hotel.

See the pictures to show how different the room I booked was from the room I got. It was night and day difference. The pictures you see on the website are not accurate. You will not get what you expect based off of the pictures. The staff and admin was spectacularly unhelpful. Do not expect support at all and pay close attention to all emails. You will need to have knowledge of them to get into the building and into your room. Because of the fact that no staff is attending to the place, I found people congregating outside hoping to get in. I don't think most of them had rooms booked. I had to decide whether to police entry myself, which I hated. The bedsheets in the room were clean, but the floor of the room was otherwise dirty. There was a "basement" mildew smell, and tiny flies constantly in the room. The bathroom was clean and functional, but not nice. Overall, I can't believe this room is even legal. The bed was so close to the door of the room that the door could not even be opened enough to get my suitcase through without scraping. I had to turn my body sideways to get through the door into the room, and I am not a big guy. If there was an emergency, people would not be able to get out of the room quickly. Oh, and the green light everyone complains about is real. And it makes it hard to sleep.

It smells like cat urine. Freezer needs thawed, it's unusable. There were smelly trash cans and smokers outside window which needed to be left open due to other smell which added to the stink. Shower was mold encrusted. No storage or hooks to hang anything. Carpet in loft looked like a crime scene. Ceiling fan did not work. No hand towel or wash cloths given. No info on multiple switches in the room.

Great location. The Queensway and subway are steps away.

Hôtel bien situé pour Hyde Park d'où le prix malgré l'absence de personnel et des finitions s largement a revoir.! Mais bon, c'était propre.

The only good thing that this place has is the location. The photos on the publications are deceptive. The room looks nothing like the pictures. We took photos of the room. The bathroom has a bad smell all the time and the door knob was broken. For 4 adult, is a really tight space. It is more like an apartment building than a hotel, with not reception or lobby like regular hotel.
