Staff support was really good.

川沿いに位置しており、高層階だった為、とても眺めが良い所がお気に入りでした。設備も整っており、大変快適でした。

The room was a decent size for 1-2 people, clean and comfortable. AC worked well, there was a large modern fridge and microwave and stove top. The mattress was too firm for my liking but that a personal choice

We thought we booked an apartment at a hotel. When we arrived we figured out that the apartments are privately owned, but they short term rent them out which has been illegal in HCMC since last year. The first night we were relocating to a different apartment due to “aircondition not working” in the one we booked. The room was small, not that clean and und general unmaintained. The next day we got “our” apartment, but it was not the one we booked. It was smaller and the quality was below what we expected. We were not allowed to use the pool unless we wrote to our host, and then she would have to do something. In general not recommendable at all to stay at any of the apartments in the Rivergate Residence Apartments. Also based on what we heard from other turists.

Great air conditioning. Fast responses from staff. Clean and very comfortable bed. Smart TV had great apps. Safe location. A++++

Appartement qui correspondait à la description dans une très grande résidence sécurisée. Nous n'avions pas eu l'occasion d'aller voir la piscine. L'appartement est beau et grand, les lits un peu durs, un petit rafraîchissement et le ménage pourrait être amélioré. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Kathy. :-)

Rigtig godt ophold. Pænt og rummeligt værelse med veludstyret minikøkken, pænt badeværelse og rene håndklæder. Super personale stod til rådighed ved det mindste problem og leverede en service langt ud over hvad jeg havde forventet. Adgang til swimmingpool. God beliggenhed mellem den moderne bymidte og det charmerende lokale boligkvarter.

Føler ikke der levede op til mine forventninger og det var meget mere slidt end billederne. Aircondition virkede ikke, men til gengæld var sengen ren og håndklæder. Ellers virkelig slidt sted

Thank you to Ms Kathy and Mr Goal for a wonderful stay, I needed a place with good wifi and quiet to work and this was the perfect place. Spotlessly clean and they moved me to a larger place as they had to do some work on the original apartment, thank you. ten to 15 minute walk along the river to Ben Tahn and downtown, lots of facilities available locally. I definitely recommend them for your stay. Communication with them was very good and check in was quick and efficient. Great views of the river and HCMC. Once again, thank you.

Some of the staff were incredibly nice while the others were not at all. The floor needed to be vacuumed and also the walls / ceilings when there were cobwebs and spiders. We contacted the hotel so the cleaners came straight and cleaned. The towel hanger was torn and loosened from the wall sometimes, the shower water was cold! The worst thing was that the pool was closed throughout our stay (3 days) for it to be cleaned but we did swim at least 1h before going to a new city. We booked this hotel because it has a pool so are very disappointed with this and that we did not even get any information that it would be closed.

Perfect place for me and my family to stay. We were 6 of us. I was worried for late arrival check-in. But one of the staff was waiting for us for check-in at 11pm. He also showed around the apartment and provided information. Having washing machine and laundry liquid was a plus for us after traveling for a week. The apartment was clean and equipped with necessary stuff to make our stay better. Definitely recommended for family.
