アンティグアのセマナサンタを3泊4日を快適にすごしました。 女性スタッフがテキパキと仕事をしてとても感じのいい対応でした。

シャンデリアがあってアンティークな雰囲気の部屋でした。庭には、小さな噴水や花があり とてもキレイです。いつでも無料で利用出来るコーヒーや紅茶のサービスもありました。

Beds are super uncomfortable or at least the ones in the room we stayed.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Clean beds and always having clean towels. Very closed to the Central Park, Santa Catalina Arch and steps away from other restaurants. I highly recommend it.

Worst bed in the planet its an old hotel well located thats all. Had a better experience in hotels in the area for the price.

La ubicación es conveniente, las políticas son adecuadas para una estadía agradable, la habitación estaba limpia, los servicios estaban listos y funcionando. Sólo durante los primeros 20 min no había agua potable en la habitación porque estaban reparando la tubería. Volvería a hospedarme en este hotel.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The internet was terrible, it never worked properly. The shower water took FOREVER to warm up and sometimes it never did.

Staff were amazing but the hotel is in pretty bad shape is not well kept. Needs improvement.

I stayed a total of 3 nights at Hotel Casa Antigua. The person I dealt with on 5/20 afternoon was very helpful and resourceful. The location was walking distance to the famous Arco and other places of interest locations. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I missed was central air or an air conditioned unit, because it was too hot at night.

I love Antigua!! My family is from Guatemala City, and Antigua is always a must to stay, especially at this hotel! Super convenient, and close to el Arco and local night clubs!

The location is perfect and the grounds are beautiful. Our room was very basic with an overpowering unpleasant disinfectant smell. Stains on sheets. Wifi didn’t work inside the room but good reception in the common areas. Ok for a night or two.

Both nights we were woken by loud people well after the quiet hours of 10:00. The room was very hot and stuffy even with the fan and windows open so it was not an option to shut things. There are lovely courtyard spaces. But the couch area outside our room was usually littered with empty bottles and food wrappers. We were not able to check in by 3:00. We arrived quite early and waited patiently (understanding early check in is not guaranteed). Twice we were told 20 minutes until we had to leave for our tour. Seemed very disorganized. There are so many options in central Antigua. I’d check out a different place.

Shops near by exelent.there.was not breakfast. The place is quite and easy walk to center.

Very nice staff very friendly, they give you some coupons for dinner and breakfast very clean

Love that the hotel was very close to the park center for Antigua very easy to get to multiple restaurants staff are friendly environment is clean it’s a little home away from home while being in the busy town center very relaxing waterfall staff will always be present
