Great place to stay close to everything. Make sure to double check your arrival coincides with the check in window or you need to arrange after hours. Good communication from the host and a comfortable space

Everything we had hoped for in a place to stay. Everything went well. Location was excellent. We had an amazing time.

Simplesmente incrível! Fiquei até surpreso pois é mais bonito o apartamento pessoalmente. No coração de Madrid, à 2 minutos da estação Sol de metrô, muito tranquilo e suave. Cozinha muito boa e banheiro também, agua quente não é problema, funcionou perfeitamente! Voltarei com certeza a ficar nesse apartamento.

Excellent location, clean room & friendly staff. Just be wary if are sensitive to noise as my sleep got disturbed by other guests in the early hours of the morning. Obviously not the hotels fault but worth mentioning. Keys seem to be a bit difficult sometimes. Host & staff were responsive via messaging and phone calls, check-in was fairly quick. Overall would recommend but just be aware of the shared areas

Muy buena experiencia

Clean overall, only thing to note. Late check-in fee after 11pm Madrid time is 40 euros. Also, their check-in process requires them to be there present, not a self-check in process. Was being rushed from the airport to get to the hotel, they kept calling me and messaging me asking about what time I will get there. I felt rushed, had to get a taxi over taking the train into Madrid which would’ve been cheaper. They also said “can you get here quicker” through the phone, so made the entire process just more inconvenient. For the price and location, it was good. Would I recommend? Yeah if you’re not checking in late or prefer not to have to be at the location by a certain time.

Habitación limpia, muy bien todos los servicios, incluso la cocina muy util y la atencion muy amable y servicial con un contratiempo que tuve, lo recomiendo, ademas la inmejorable a unos 200 mts de puerta del sol y a 100 mts de plaza mayor

Don't stay here. The "hotel" is just someone's apartment divided up into rooms with 1970s Soviet Russia vibes. The attendant opens our door at 10am (no knocking, just burst in) to remind us check out is at 11am. Crazy invasion of privacy.

Comfortable stay. Room was exactly as stated in the description.
