ガイドが街案内のあと、毎回自分の知り合いの店に連れて行って、高価な物を買わせようとする。

場所はわかりづらいかもしれませんが、ソミットさんはじめスタッフの方々が親切で嬉しかったです。ソミットさんは日本語も少し話せますし、ヨガクラスや色々なサービスもホテル内で申し込めます！ 食事も新鮮で手頃な値段で頂けるので安心！またバラナシに行ったら泊まりたいです！

STAY AWAY. I read some freat reviews about this place so thought to book it. I booked a private room. Upon arriving I was told that my reservation was not there as the hotel had not confirmed my booking with Hotels.com. The room was booked to another guest. I emailed hitels.com and waited. The owner finally said that he has "negotiated" with the other guest who has agreed to give me his room. I was rold to have a look at the room. It was late and I didn't have much choice so I took the room. The sheets were not changed from previous guest, towel provided was filthy. Blanket was disgusting and I can't state how disgusted I was. I somehow survived the night and moved to another hotel the next day even though I had 2 nights booking. To add to this, breakfast was only tea and toast. I believe the nuce reviews were for dormitory accommodations but whatever it is , this place with the private room is nothing what is being advertised. There is no safe, no balcony, nothing what the room description states. The only shelf provided was broken and had dust all over it. Hope Hotels.com change the description. STAY AWAY

Olin yksin matkalla ja tämä paikka oli aivan mahtava.omistaja Somit piti huolen kaikesta,oli koko ajan turvallinen olo,Vicky oli loistava oppaana koko ajan kellon ympäri tavoitettavissa.hän vei minut paikkoihin joihin minulla ei yksinäisenä naisturistina olisi ollut mitään asiaa mennä(saati että olisin löytänyt paikkoja ja tiennyt miten käyttäytyä),aivan loistavaa palvelua koko ketjun osalta. Ei tämä tietysti mikään 5 tähden hotelli ole,mutta hintaansa nähden aivan loistava,siisti,palvelualtis henkilökunta plus täällä voi myös joogata ja hostelli tekee hyväntekeväisyystyötä katulasten auttamiseksi,ovat aivan suloisia. Täällä on todella rento ja kodikas ilmapiiri ja lisäksi kellon ympäri voi tilata mahtavaa ruokaa!!! Suosittelen ihan kaikille!!!kiitos:)

Jag hade det bra. Ägarna var väldigt tillmötesgående och trevliga. Standarden var bra, fungerande dusch och toalett och de gjorde god mat😊
