夕日が見える部屋を希望すると伝えたら親切に調整してくれた、ありがたいです

8月下旬に、プール付き水上コテージで3泊して、 宿泊費とアクティビティー、スパで合計80万円くらい使いました。 良かった点と、悪かった点がありましたので、3項目づつ記載します。 ・良かった点 チェックイン時の対応 ：桟橋までお迎えがあり、生演奏の中でチェックインした。 ヒナSPA　/Sweet Memory；50,000CFP(2人) ：コテージまで迎えの車がきてくれ、綺麗な待合室に通され、丁寧な接客だった。 イリアタイ(フランス料理)　/Dinner 前菜＋メイン＋デザート;20,000CFP(2人) ：料理は美味しく、給仕さんも丁寧だった。 ・悪かった点 フロントの対応 ：コテージ内にスリッパが見当たらなかったので、持ってくるように依頼したが、持ってこなかった。20分後に催促したら「10分後に持っていく」と言われたが、持ってこなかった。 サービスが悪い。 スタッフの対応 ：ホテルのリゾート内にある道ですれ違ったとき、挨拶を返さないホテルスタッフが20%くらいいた。 客と従業員という関係以前に、人として、挨拶をされたら返すべき。 コンシェルジュデスクの対応 ：ヘリコプターツアーの予約を事前にメールで伝えていたが、すでに連絡済の内容を再度、聞かれた。「メールを確認してほしい」旨を伝えたが、繰り返し質問してきた。 不愉快。

非常に高い。でもそれだけの価値はある。3日間のステイだったが快適に過ごせた。ただ夜のレストランの食事は値段の割にはいまいち。またマッサージも環境は抜群だが、施術はまあまあだった。今回は水上バンガローではなかったが十分快適だった。

水上コテージのバルコニーから直接海に入ることが出来ます。 コテージ前にも小さなサンゴ礁があり、簡単なシュノーケリング道具だけで熱帯の魚を見ることが出来ます。運が良ければ、マダラトビエイの群れや小型のサメ（安全です）も！ シュノーケリングのツアーもホテルのバースまで迎えに来てくれるので、バイタぺまで渡る必要がなく、快適です。もとろん、ホテルの施設・サービスに関しては言うことなし。（すばらしい） リゾートらしくすれ違う人ごとに笑顔と現地語のあいさつを交わすのは気分が良いものです。 毎週火曜の夜に開催されるダンスショーディナーやバーのライブパフォーマンスも楽しめました。 楽園体験をありがとう。

日本人スタッフがいらっしゃるので安心あして過ごせました。 お食事もとても美味しいです。

Everything was beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly.

The whole stuff was excellent. Penelope checked me in,and was so kind and patient.Showed me the resort,and made me feel comfortable right away. Sophie,Lea,and everyone else went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. I have to mention the restaurant stuff,they were there every moment to attend my needs,and I ‘ve noticed that they did it for every guest. People who were attending the pool,were there right away to change the wet towel,it was raining a lot these days. Conrad resort is a truly wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a beautiful nature. I pick Hilton resorts most of the time and I am Hilton Honors member,they are consistently showing me great quality stays.

Excellent resort with incredible views, overwater bungalow with personal infinity pool, friendly and helpful staff, privacy, excellent food in multiple restaurants, clean and comfortable room.

Clean room, lots of towels, friendly and helpful staff. Penelope from the réception and the staff at the activity center were all very nice and helpful. Some of the bikes need breaks replaced

Most wonderful place ever

What a wonderful place! We stayed in an overwater bungalow that had the best snorkeling just under our villa. We saw so much wildlife including reef sharks, corals, fish of so many different types and colors and even an octopus. These sites were even more special after listening to the wonderful presentation by Paul, one of the passionate marine biologists. Accommodations were incredible, but even better were the people. Everyone was great, but we are specially grateful to Sebastien whose timely intervention made us eager to hopefully return soon, and to Alice in Concierge, whose efficiency was only comparable to her kindness. All we can say is Mau'ru'uru and hope to be back very soon!

They celebrated my birthday! I loved that part. Misinformation on transfer from the airport.. chances are you will land in Bora Bora via Tahiti airlines. Take the ferry to mainland and use the hotels transfer services. The price is half price from the mainland as compared from full price from the airport.

Beauty, people

Our Deluxe King Overwater Villa was exceptional! We loved every minute of our 9 day honeymoon at this amazing resort. Everyone was very helpful and hospitable. Ura and Claudia were outstanding at the pool bar. Poema and Tiamia made our mornings special at breakfast. Gigi was excellent at the Hina Spa. Rama at the Tapaira Nights (Polynesian dance show) was fantastic as well! Our morning walks with views of the clear blue water, white sand beach and well kept greenery brought us peace and tranquility. From swimming with beautiful sea life to having majestic eagle rays swim up to our villa deck, our overall experience was perfect!

We had a dream vacation at the Conrad Bora Bora. It exceeded our expectations! We stayed in an overwater villa and it was spectacular.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at. The grounds are amazing, so the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Great unforgettable stay with friendly and helpful staff. You feel like your are part of family and every staff member care about you . Moeava was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Compared to the other resort we went to. The Conrad felt subpar in terms of service, communication, and cleanliness. Some of their rules were also a little bit off-putting.

Place is gorgeous, definitely 5 star and more
