The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I stayed at a 2 bedroom apartment with a pullout sofa. It was spacious with good amount of space on the balcony. One recommendation that I have for an apartment that size, maybe to leave a small broom inside the room. Because after visiting the beach especially with little kids we brought in sand. And it was all over the place. When the housecleaning claim, the floors still didn’t appear to be vaccumed. I would have swept the floor if there was a broom available. I tried to clean up a little but it was a bit challenging.

Alles in einem war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Das Hotel liegt ca 20 Gehminuten zum Strand und hat viele Essensmöglichkeiten in naher Umgebung. Bei der Ankunft im Hotel, war uns bereits bewusst, dass wir noch etwas warten müssen bis zum Check In (sind um 10:30 Uhr ca angekommen). Allerdings wurden wir informiert, dass erst um 16 Uhr ein Check In möglich wäre. Bereits im Voraus habe ich nach einem früheren Check In angefragt, allerdings wurde dies nicht richtig beachtet, wobei man die Situation durch die Auslastung des Hotels verstehen kann. Dennoch bevorzuge ich, dass dementsprechend auch das Personal unter Stress freundlich bleibt. Des Weiteren muss ich leider kritisieren, dass wir erst bei Ankunft im Hotel informiert wurden, dass bei unserem Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen nur einmal eine Zimmerreinigung vorgesehen ist. Ich brauche es zwar nicht jeden Tag, aber wenn man bedenkt, dass man evtl Pool- und/oder Strandtage im Urlaub hat, möchte man ungern in einem Zimmer voller Sand schlafen😅 Dennoch muss ich wirklich hervorheben, dass es meckern auf hohem Niveau ist. Das Hotel ist sauber, man hat ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche und für die Erkundung der Stadt ist es wirklich super angelegt.

The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you. It is about 20 minutes walk to the main part of the town and beach (which is glorious) or you can easily get an uber. The hotel has a well equipped gym and a games room, the pool is a decent size and very clean. Overall it’s very well maintained and would definitely go back again. There is just one small negative, you can’t access your room until 4pm, so it becomes a bit chaotic when everyone turns up together. (If you get there before 4pm and your room is ready you should be able to access it).

Was a really good experience to stay here, all so modern and well kept. Pool is nice and I’d recommend a city facing balcony room as ours had sun loungers and a shower on the balcony which was a life saver! Only down side is room was only cleaned once on a 5 day stay and the pool seating is limited but overall was brilliant.

Eine echt tolle Unterkunft! Man 15-20 min fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen, wenn man gerne spazieren geht. Ich habe mir ein Fahrrad gemietet. Der Verleih war direkt nebenan und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder! 😊

We liked the place and the room overall. It is clean, the location is very good, you can tell it's a new place. The pool is very small and always crowded but it's not a problem when you have the massive sea in the walking distance. HOWEVER, there are two major issue with the AC. The first and the biggest is that the AC turns itself off overnight. The first morning we woke up to a very warm and humid room. The sleep was very uncomfortable. I spoke to them and they said this is by design and it's a part of their "smart" hotel. But I don't find it very smart if we have to wake up 2-3 times with alarms every night just to turn the AC back on. Valencia is not a place you could sleep in a small room without AC. The hotel couldn't help. The second issue is the noise the AC system makes. At first it sounded like a phone vibrating every 5 minutes, and took me a day to realize it was actually the AC working, making that sound. very annoying and uncomfortable.

Air con only goes as low as 19 degrees, and turns off during the night multiple times. Spoke to staff about it and nothing was done. Pool was very busy, no where near enough sun loungers. Pool side was very dirty, cigarette butts everywhere. People drinking in the pool, very loud, not relaxing.

Very nice place to stay. Apartment style amenities. Very clean. And the staff is very nice. Cannot ask for more. Thank you.

Good for younger people and groups, clean, modern amenities and good location for beach and city. Wouldn’t recommend if you plan to be by pool all day as not many sunbeds so gets busy and judgy. Drinks and food in bar are very good.

Zuviel geld für ein kleines appartment . Raucher müssen raus wie abgeschlagene hunde. Der swimmingpool ist ab 9 uhr komplett überbelegt ab abends 5 uhr ist der pool so dreckig man sieht den boden nicht mehr . Frühstück wird für 16.5 euro angeboten gleich um die ecke in der nächstem restaurant kriegt alles das gleich für 6.5 euro daher rate ich ab von diesem hotel
