I can't imagine, the receptionist refused my friend access to the room... I've been to many hotels... but here I was shocked

The good is good quiet area not far from the airport it very clean much better then Ibis . The food is good at the restaurant.

Nice hotel close to airport. Airport shuttle very prompt and easy to book. Room was good, excellent AC, spacious bathroom/shower. Room overall clean, but with dirty (or very worn out) spots, eg, blanket on shelf had long hair on it, shower head and bidet hose tip very worn out. Only had veggie soup for dinner and breakfast (included) at restaurant. Soup excellent, buffet breakfast good, though could have used more hot food. Staff very nice. Overall, recommend Hotel Jardy and would stay there again.
