Very tired room. The couch was disgusting. Wouldn't even put my case on it. The bedside lamps did not work. The carpet tiles were smelly. The AC did not produce heat I almost walked out...stood at the door for 10 minutes contemplating if i would stay or not. It was late, so i had to. Did not sleep well at all.

What a horrible place Toilet seat not attached Door handle fell off Microwave did not work On the wall was a mirror frame, no mirror Electrical wires hanging out of the wall Graffiti inside the wardrobe Curtain rail falling down Curtains tatty Spa was out of order, yet had a hot tap dribbling and the tile floor was hot ( dangerous) No wi-fi.. which is suppose to be included , the owner said lack of wi-fi due to construction site down the road Would not recommend this dive to anyone desperately needs sone official inspection and major upgrades done asap

1. Parking: This was used by nearby workmen's 4 wheel drives, to park around the clock for their shifts on Vic Big Build. Big engines backed into the unit doors, changing at hours in the middle if the night. We returned to our unit at 5 pm on 2 occasions, to have no parking. It was organised 30 minutes later, when workmen finished the shift on nearby worksite. Hot water was a disaster, a problem of cheap installation. The lounge chair had completely peel off vinyl, the other chair legs were loose, the single bed was a king size bas with a much smaller mattress. they reluctantly gave us fresh towels, only once after we chased them up over putting the sign out with no response. We had to beg for more tea bags and sugar. Your photo is nothing like the reality of the room. We are average elderly Australians who treat other people's property with respect. This was a horrible experience and I believe a parking racket for money is going on. Expedia was recommended to me, but never again after this experience.

Parking was fine, the bathroom was lovely. The carpet was threadbare and not too clean. The drapès didn’t close properly and were inside out.the bed was so hard.

Furniture was torn and dangerous, took 5 minutes for hot water to come, initially only gave us one key instead of two. Parking difficult, opposite tunnel works, one way system hard to enter property

Room was dirty, food scraps left on the floor, unpainted bathroom door, noisy neighbors, armchair upholstery had hole in it!

Renovated bathrooms. Parking was an issue as it was very full.

We were pleasantly surprised with how clean the room was especially the bathroom/toilet. We had a good stay and staff were pleasant and helpful with area information etc. Reasonable rates

It sounding like I was sleeping in the middle of a roundabout.. sooo noisy, Smelt like cigarette smoke in the room

On arrival my wife and I upgraded to a larger room far away from the noisy traffic. The upgrade, by paying extra was made easy by the friendly staff member. The studio room we moved had plenty of space to stay for many nights and it was far away from the noisy highway.

Comfortable beds, nice clean room. Negatives- need way more power points or a power board. Tv faced the bed instead of the couch and it wasn’t able to be swiveled, so had to sit on bed instead of comfy couch. Overall , a pleasant one night stay
