The elevator didn’t work all the time of my stay, and my room was on 4th floor

Elevator was not working for the entirety of my stay. Room was small and had no views. Room was not described during the process.

Hola la propiedad esta muy bien pero no servia el elevador, la entrada habia lodo de lluvia, son dificil de abrir los correos con las claves.

No servía el elevador y toda la noche había un ruido terrible dentro de la misma.

la propiedad es muy buena, pero cuando llegue era algo extraña, ya que todas las ventanas de la recepción estaban bloqueadas por papel y tenia sellos de clausurado, en el interior bastante limpia y funcional

El check in es muy tarde y el check out demasiado temprano.

Buena ubicación. No me gustó que dice que S 4 estrellas y realmente no es así. Y es difícil ubicar el lugar. A la llegada

The room was extremely clean and neat. Check in accesible and parking was covered right in the corner of building. I will definable stay there again.

NO HAY NINGUNA PERSONA QUE PUEDA RESOLVER PROBLEMAS O IMPREVISTOS EN LA LOCALIDAD, TODO TIENE QUE SER POR TELEFONO YA QUE EN EL SITIO SOLO HAY VIGILANTES DURANTE LA TARDE Y NOCHE. EL ELEVADOR SE DESCOMPUSO 2 DIAS Y TUVIMOS QUE SUBIR 5 PISOS POR LAS ESCALERAS, COSA QUE NO ES AGRADABLE A LOS 70 AÑOS. EL ULTIMO DIA TUVE QUE BAJAR EL EQUIPAJE (MALETAS GRANDES) POR LAS ESCALERAS.

If I were to give a rating, I would give it a perfect 10. I liked both the style and size of the hotel room, and above all, the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The internet speed was also satisfactory. While there are a few areas that could be improved, I was highly satisfied with my 7-day stay at this hotel. I have high hopes that if the room floor cleaning and shower pressure could just be improved a little, this would become the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank you to all the staff~!

Nos dieron early check Inn, están nuevos y muy limpios. Cama bastante cómoda. Solo deben mejorar calidad de sus amenidades.
