Arrived to food in the fridge, scraps in the sink and a dirty bathroom. No hand towels or soap, and the beds looked slept in. There was a phone charger plugged in at the sofa. Looks like someone is living there. The landlord refunded in full, seems their cleaner may have misled them so not necessarily their fault but wouldn't stay again
