大人3人赤ちゃん1人で利用しました。ホテルというよりはマンションみたいな所でした。近くには美味しい食べ物屋がたくさんあり1階にはコンビニもありました。有名な「ラペスタ」も徒歩5分以内でいけました。ホテルの目の前には「ホームプラス」という大きなショッピングセンターもあり、お土産を買うには最高でした。近くには有名な大きな湖もあり最高なロケーションだなと思いました！ バス停や地下鉄からはホテルの場所まで少し分かりずらいです。しかし！ロケーションは最高にいいです。 あと、とても親切に色々と対応して頂きました。またぜひ！ぜひ利用したいと思います。

とても綺麗で静かなお部屋です ホテルではないので旅慣れた人ならとても良いのですが初めて韓国行く人には探すのに苦労するかもしれません。 食べ物屋、大きなスーパー、ショッピングモールなどもあり便利です。

원룸 스타일의 복층구조이며 깨끗하고 사용하기 편안하게 편의 시설이 갖춰져 있습니다. 사장님도 매우 친절하십니다. 다음 기회에도 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

Good location, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed to stay here.

Host was super accommodating of our last minute lodging changes. The homestay is very quiet, comfortable to live for extended time. Host provided full range of cooking utensils, lots of clean towels, toiletry, cleaning supplies, and free coffee pods etc. Property is a street away to a beautiful park. There are tons of restaurants nearby. 10 minutes walk to subway station, but it takes more than 1 hour to downtown Seoul.

room-clean, parking-easy and free, space-1.5 floors and enough for 4 persons, amenities-all prepared for cooking. price-reasonable, view-so so and east view.

주변에 식당이 많아서 좋았습니다. 4인 가족이 잠시머물기엔 최고였습니다

위치가 정말 좋았고, 주차 등, 집주인이 친절하고, 성실히 응대하여 주었다. 아이들도 행복해 하였다.

깔끔하고 체크인 체크아웃 간편했어요. 주차방식도 괜춘한데. 주차장 공간이 좀 협소했어요.

Great place and location to stay at with all the amenities you would need! Host was great and accommodated us. I would highly recommend.

We visited from America and the room had everything we could need! The location was great, the host was accommodating, and the apartment was clean and tidy when we showed up, couldnt have asked for a better place to stay, I will definitely book here again if I come back.

무난했습니다

The place is excellent. I like the parks surround the place.

바로앞에 홈플러스가 있어서 사러가기도 좋았고 한 덩치 하는 친구들이랑 갔는데도 여유있고 편했습니다!

룸 내에 구석구석 먼지가 너무 많았습니다. 전반적으로 관리가 안되고 있는 느낌이네요. 위치나 주변 지역 편의성은 매우 좋습니다.

너모너모 좋았어요 와인잔 하나를 깨버렸는데도 친절하셨어요 방도 따뜻하구요 이불도 포근하고 침대도 좋아요ㅎㅎ 아 후라이드잘하는집? 치킨맛있어요ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

회사 친구들 7명과 함께 지냈습니다. 긴 테이블, 충분한 잠자리, 무드등, 주차 (2대였음) 가 편했습니다.

숙소 바로 앞이 홈플러스였고요 조금 더 걸으몀 롯데백화점 있어요. 그리고 조금 더 걸으면 식당가/주점이 엄청 많습니다. 숙소 바로 앞에서는 택시집기가 애매해서 앱으로 부르면 되요. 정발산역 도보로 5분거리 정도 되는 듯 해요
