I enjoyed the convenient location. Loved going to Box Park. Sainsbury’s is close by - but the baked goods section does run out fast. The lodging served my purpose - enjoyed it. Be warned - there are no lifts; but not a problem if you’re fit. The kitchen is available on the second floor - never encountered anyone using it when I did. I used it to get hot water and utilize the washer/dryer.

Didn't receive email with check-in instructions, nor did I get a timely response via the hotels.com app, the phone number that the property had listed was a disconnected number, so had to get hotels.com to find me alternative accommodation

Studio apartment was really good and perfect size. It is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is on a busy road so there js road noise which is to be expected. There is a terrace at the rear of the property which can be used by everyone and is lovely to sit out on. You are asked for a security deposit and ID before check in which is not something that is mentioned by Hotels.com when I booked it. At the time of writing I have not had the deposit back but am assuming that is just timings etc All in the studio apartment was great value for money with everything you would need
