友人の誕生日旅行でここに滞在しましたが、最高でした。部屋は広々としていて、本当に贅沢な気分で、信じられないほど快適でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで温かく迎えてくれ、特にウェルカムドリンク、館内レストラン、そしてサンセットバーが気に入りました。ここから見る夕日は本当に素晴らしいです！都会の喧騒から離れて、静かで心安らぐ隠れ家を探しているなら、ぜひおすすめしたい場所です。

部屋は広々としていてベッドも快適でしたが、トコジラミが大発生し、深刻な問題がありました。2 晩にわたって何度も刺され、滞在が台無しになってしまいました。

とても素敵で静かな雰囲気。プール、ゲームルーム、ビュッフェ式朝食は、チェックイン客がたくさんいたにもかかわらず、混雑していませんでした。部屋のバスタオルが汚れていて、臭くて、吸水性がなかったことを除いて、すべてが素晴らしかったです。

素晴らしい滞在でした。朝食チームは素晴らしいサービスで、心を込めて対応してくれました。

リラックスして静かに休暇を過ごすのにぴったりの、居心地の良い場所です。リラックスした休暇が必要な方に強くお勧めします。

このリゾートについて言えることは、素晴らしいということだけです。ここでの滞在は快適でした。ペナンに旅行するなら、必ずまた来ます。

ホテルのすべてが良かったのですが、部屋の照明が機能せず、シャワーヘッドが壊れていて、エアコンが冷えませんでした。全体的に、環境は素晴らしく、滞在する価値があります。

We had a good 2 nights stay at the Lone Pine. The Deluxe Suite is a bit dated, but we love the boutique hotel vibes and privacy. We had dinner at the Bungalow, the food was ok, nothing to spectacular. Staff attention was good. Breakfast buffet choices were limited but satisfactory. Lots of activities are available around the hotel if you are adventurous. We had massages at the beach.

The room and environment is superb except it is located beside a mosque. You will be waken up by a noisy praying session with loud speaker at 6am.

Disappointed for something Hotel seem like under renovate not clean enough actually.

My second stay here! Awesome and loved it. But I think staff should be more helpful and friendlier.
