Good place to stay !! Location is Amazing

Great accommodation to stay with affordable price. Also can buy a ticket for island hoping at the hotel lobby & transportation provided from the hotel to jetty. However, there is no lift in this hotel. Overall, I'm happy with the hotel.

Lokasi sangat strategik. Dekat dengan pelbagai kedai makan, runcit dan lain-lain. Dekat juga dengan Kuah Jetty Point, Dataran Lang. Kakak bertudung loghat Kedah tu terbaik bila kami nak tukar bilik lain sebab aircond bermasalah, siap bagi tengok bilik mana yang nak duduk. Cuma air cond ambil masa sikit untuk running sejuk, water heater pun boleh je berfungsi dengan baik. Recommended bagi yang nak stay untuk tidur, salin baju dan banyak habiskan masa kat luar bilik!

Not recommended. My room when check in was found with used napkins and dirty toilet.

Citin hotel not recommended, no lift, you must carry your bag use stair. Very old hotel, very small room. Find another hotel

The room looks old, shows that it does not maintained for long time. The room is hot as the window is facing sun, plus with the old, not maintained and not working air-conditioned. The blind of the window is just about time to fall down from its place. The permanent dirt in between the wall tiles can be seen as it is also not to be tidying up for long time. However, the water pressure was excellent! The towels is also supposed to be disposed, the color of them is already turns grey! The power plug near the bed is broken, as well as the light. While outside the room, there is no air-conditioned, too hot for us when we need to iron our clothes for several days. Overall the condition of the room and the surrounding is too bad for us. This is the first and the last time of our staying at this hotel.

Aircond is not functioned at all.

Cleanliness is an issue especially at bathroom; moldy tiles and floor. Told the staff before going out for the day, but came back with nothing done. Front staff was not friendly and gave me looks when I complained. Cheap, but not clean.

Using old towels looks like so dirty. Service is average. Bathroom shower water less pressure and the water comes out. Having problem to control the hot water level.

Bilik agak xmemuaskan, aircond xsejuk, bilik agak kotor.

Ok memang ok, cuma kurang memuaskan masuk takdisediakan tuala. Dapat bilik pentup tirai tidak berfungsi.

Towel was given at 9.30pm only.hot water for drinking is spoil. thoughts was raining outside of the motel but was raining also at the hotel (aircond water doping). the tv channel only tv3. the only malay lady that work at night shift was patient answering 1 by 1 customer request. please improve

During booking, it doesn't mention that the room is without window. Lighting in my room is so bad. Only one small yellow bulb is lighting. Pillow full with stain. But for the price I pay, it just good enough to stay for one night.
