Statement to Comply with the Traveloka Code of Conduct and Business Principles

Traveloka is committed to conducting business ethically, legally, and in the right way. The Traveloka Code of Conduct (“Code of Conduct”) and other related policies summarizes the ethical requirements and values to be embedded to its business as well as information on how to report possible violations or obtain additional guidance when needed.

Traveloka requires and expect all persons working together with Traveloka, including business partners, consultants, contractors, suppliers and others who act on behalf of Traveloka, to apply the same standards and follow the same responsible practices as Traveloka employees.

This statement is made for you as Business Partner and/or supplier of Traveloka that you have read, acknowledged and understood the values and requirements of the Code of Conduct and Business Principles which being summarized below and you shall comply in fully when conducting your business during your engagement with Traveloka.



Values of Code of Conducts and Business Principles

Standard of Conduct

  1. Conduct our operations with honestly, integrity and openness, and with respect for the human rights and interests of other parties including employees and representatives of Traveloka.


Comply with the prevailing Laws and Regulations

  1. Traveloka and our employees, and the Business Partners are required to comply with the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate.


Anti-Bribery and Corruption Regulations

  1. Traveloka strictly prohibit its employees or other parties working for Traveloka from committing corruption or making bribes to anyone, anywhere and for any reason or purpose.
  2. The same, including to conduct business with highest standard of integrity, is expected by Traveloka from its Business Partner/supplier in which you must comply with rules and regulations on Anti-Bribery and Corruption, including to comply with Indonesian Law 31/1999 which amended by Law 20/2001, Law 11/1980, US FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other prevailing regulations.
  3. You, your employee or other persons work for and on behalf of you are forbidden to (i) offer or provide a bribe, (ii) through other person or parties offer or provide a bribe, (iii) promise, provide or offer anything of value, (iv) promise or offer employment or other business opportunities; to other persons or parties, including Government Officials and including their family members for the purpose of obtaining or retaining business or to influencing them in taking decision which may brings benefit or advantages to you.


Gifts and Entertainment

  1. Whether Gifts and Entertainment given or received to or from employee or other parties representing Traveloka or Traveloka users or customers, Government Officials, the Business Partners/suppliers must always consider whether such Gifts and Entertainment could influence decision or policy of Traveloka or anything related to the business relationship with Traveloka.
  2. Business Partner/supplier must not give or receive Gifts and Entertainment if they are intended to improperly influence business decision, and the considerations for an appropriate Gifts and Entertainments whether they are given or received, including as follows:
  3. Have a legitimate business purpose;
  4. Not extravagant or excessive;
  5. Never be in the form of cash or cash-equivalents;
  6. Not be exchanged frequently with the same source/recipient;
  7. Not violate the Laws and regulations including regulations related to Corruption and Bribery and other prevailing policies in Traveloka.


Business Competition

  1. Traveloka always seeks competitive and beneficial business through legal and ethical practises.
  2. You as Business Partner/supplier must at all times consider and comply with rules and regulations on Competition, including Law No 5/1999. Business Partner/supplier must not:
  3. Together with competitor, fix or agreed prices or other terms of sales in bidding process or tender that may influence or rig the tender’s result; and
  4. Fix or discuss price, tender, sales commission, production and other sensitive information with competitors.


Comply with other Rules and Policies

  1. As an effort to meet the requirements of the regulations apply to Traveloka and part of Traveloka compliance with the prevailing Laws, rules and regulations and policy, then Traveloka Business Partner/supplier must do the following, including:
  2. To not disclose confidential information or data including personal data of Traveloka or its users or customers and to comply with and adhere to terms and regulations related to obligation to keep confidential data and information;
  3. To comply with the Laws and regulations on Anti-Money Laundering and including the Counter Terrorism Financing related;
  4. To ensure the standards of health and safety at the workplace are implemented and including to adhere to the regulations prohibit the hiring of children or under-age worker and to not discriminate workers with particular characteristics or its individual preferences that are not in conflicting with the prevailing rules and regulations


Queries and Reporting Channel

  1. Traveloka encouraged its Business Partner/supplier to report or speak up if you experienced or witness or aware of conduct that you firmly believe is a violation or potential violation to the Laws, regulations and policies relating to your business relationship with Traveloka.
  2. You can submit your queries or report to the Traveloka representative responsible for your business relationship with Traveloka or through email of ethics-team@traveloka.com.

By signing the Cooperation Agreement or Confirmation Letter or any other agreed documents with Traveloka, You are hereby stated that you have read, acknowledged and understood the Values of Code of Conducts and Business Principles of Traveloka and you shall comply with the terms, conditions and requirements mentioned above.
