Cancellations or date changes are not permitted upon booking confirmation.

If the number of participants is less than 10 3 days before departure, the itinerary will be canceled automatically, with a maximum of 30 people per group.

－Registration Requirements－

1. The correct name on the travel certificate must be provided, and the name and certificate information of the participant on the receipt must be clearly checked. The company does not need to bear any additional costs and responsibilities arising from wrong names

2. Orders submitted on the same day are generally confirmed within 72 hours after the order is submitted

3. Once the guest registers, it cannot be canceled, changed or refunded

4. The order of the itinerary and the meal time are for reference only, and the actual arrangement needs to be determined according to the situation on the day of departure

5. If members of the group leave the group or give up the itinerary during the journey, they will be responsible for their own responsibility after leaving the group, and all consequences have nothing to do with the company or its entrusted organization

6. The company reserves the final right to accept the application or not

7. In accordance with the local travel epidemic prevention commitment, the agency must purchase local travel insurance that includes 2019 coronavirus disease protection for all participants

8. All participants are required to provide the last 4 characters of their ID card/certificate number to the tour guide/tour leader for purchasing the above-mentioned insurance and applying for the "Green Living Local Tour Encouragement Program" or "Cultural Heritage Local Tour Encouragement Program"

9. The charging guidelines are as follows: children aged 3 or above are charged at the child price, and children under the age of 3 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge (Each departure group can only have 1 free quota, each departure day quota is limited, while stocks last)

If typhoon signal No. 8 or black rainstorm signal is still hoisted at 7:00 am on the day of departure, or the relevant signal is forecast by the Observatory, the team will cancel it within the next two hours. If the group is affected by bad weather and the departure is canceled, the following arrangements will be made: Guests can keep the relevant group fees and change to another date, but they must be the group with the same group number

1. Land travel

- Tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm signal is still hoisted 2 hours before departure on the same day; or the relevant signal will be hoisted within the next 2 hours according to the forecast of the Observatory, the team will cancel. If the group is canceled due to bad weather, guests can choose to keep the tour fee and change to another designated departure date for the group with the same group number, or get a full refund.

2. Ocean tour

- Tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above or black rainstorm signal is still hoisted 2 hours before departure on the same day; or the observatory forecasts that the relevant signal will be hoisted within the next 2 hours, and the group will be canceled; if the group is affected by bad weather and the departure is canceled, sea tourists can choose to keep the relevant tour fee and change to another designated departure date for the group with the same group number.
