청소 주기. 일주일에 한번 이라는 방법이 호텔 편의 사항데로 적용. 2주간 있는 동안 한번 밖에 청소가 안되었음. 이유가 체크인 날이 금요일 이므로 매주 금요일 청소 한다고항. 하지만 이경우 결국 체크 아웃 하는 날에 청소 해 주는건데 이는 본인의 숙박과 관계 없이 당연히 호텔이 해야하는 호텔 퇴실 청소임으로 고객에게 청소비 바가지를 씌우는것임.

A nice couple of days ,close to everything.

Was a bit rabbit warren to get around the corridors to get tp your room. THe check in was ok but to have to return the key when it could be let with the concierge was really a pain after you had packed. you pack and leave your room and wait in the foyer but there is no toilet available, while waiting for your taxis. Concierge seemed more concerned with their phones than offering any advice or help.

地點位置很方便可以去各大景點都沒問題但是住在高樓大廈的問題是夜晚的風切聲音太吵雜根本無法睡眠導致身體無法好好休息有向客服反映得到的答覆是因為風太大造成的影響無法改變情況所以要住高樓的人要好好考慮一下

The staff helping with check in and out were very friendly and helpful. However, the location for check in and out was not convenient though. It would be great if it was within the same building. This is especially helpful for couturiers with car.

Would not recommend staying in this apartment to anyone unless they clean up their act!! Very disappointing Hotels.com that you would have this listed!!! Not happy!! Part of a month long vacation and so far this is our only disappointment! Mattress needs replacing as you both roll to the middle! No where to sit and eat other than the lounge. Towels are worn as thin as tea towels!! Bathroom basin backs up every time it’s used. Bathroom wall near shower all peeling away and needs repairs. Toilet disgusting and hasn’t been cleaned between stays for a long time!! Washing machine is full of mould as never cleaned! 3 Hangers (you really could do better than this for a double wardrobe and it being winter with plenty of coats for hanging)! Modem dangling from wall in wardrobe! Cutlery disgusting and has not been washed at all with dried baked on old food! Seriously this place is disgraceful and shouldn’t be let out for holiday lettings! Day of arrival left waiting for 25 minutes for staff to reopen reception for us to check in! Had to let the taxi go not knowing how far with our suitcases we would need to go further to get to the premises as keys were at another location. Check in should be easier than this guys!! And you cannot use their amenities such as gym etc if you’re not a resident! The only positive was the view from the 29th floor. Not good enough to stay again though that’s for sure! Very clean and great location

Great location, great apartment! Was so good to have all the comforts of home available rather than staying in a cramped hotel room. The apartment was amazing, view was something else, loved coming home every night! Shower could be a little cleaner, but overall we really loved our stay and will most definitely be making this our go to accommodation whenever we are in Melbourne!!

Awesome location. Fantastic views. The apartment was perfect for my needs and stay. It was a little worn (previous rental maybe) and not as clean as I like, but I'm a fusspot. Makeup in the sink, dirty mirrors and washing machine smelly, but I'd stay again. Such a great location, and very convenient.

The room stunk of smoke the whole time so we were made to go out and buy a scented smell as the smoke was making us sick. And the room was pretty dirty

Es ist das höchste Gebäude in Australien mit 1100 Apartments. Die 48qm Zweiraumwohnungen sollten Sie in der teureren Highrise Version mieten. Diese Mal 52th und vor 5 Jahren gar 63th Etage. Allerdings beide Zimmer immer innen im X des Gebäudes, so dass man nur ein halbes Panorama sieht - ich hatte zweimal Zimmer 08 auf den Etagen. Trotzdem ist der View der Hammer. Tricks ist die Rezeption 2 Häuser weiter zu finden. Gehen Sie in den Zugang zum Lebensmittelgeschäft IGA hinein. Links IHA, rechts Pizzeria Sopranos und dann die Treppe umrundend den schmalen Gang hinunter in die Tiefe des Gebäudes. Rechts dann CLLiX Schild. Mini kleines Büro! Alles ein wenig eng und miefig wie Chinatown. Passt gar nicht zum Ambiente der Luxuswohnungen 100m weiter. Oder den Gang von hinten aus der Fawlner Str betreten. UBER Abreise in Fawkner Str 30 bestellen.

There was a constant beeping sound every 90s or so in the room that I could not turn off. It was from the cupboard in the bedroom, from the modem I think. It was very annoyng and disruptive to sleep.

Would be good to access the building facilities
