IHG 호텔, Crowne Plaza SURFERS PARADISE by IHG

. 이른 시간에 도착해서 체크인이 걱정이었는데

정말 멋진호텔. 연식이 느껴지긴 하지만 방에 창문이 크고 많아서 높은 층이 아니였는데도 불구하고 너무 만족스러웠다. 직원들은 정말 친절했고 주변에 먹을곳이 많지는 않지만 바람쐴겸 걸어가거나 , 바로앞에 트램 정류장이 있어서 이동하기 나쁘진 않은것 같다. 서퍼스 파라다이스보다 조용한곳을 좋아한다면 강추함. 가격대비 아주 훌륭하다고 생각함. 호주 워홀중 마지막으로 골코여행 왔는데 이 호텔 덕분에 좋은 기억 좋은 추억 남긴거같아서 기분이 아주 좋았음!!!

I only booked because I had to stay in Surfers Paradise at short notice for two days. I was so impressed that I am going back next month for a mini vacation. This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The staff are absolutely wonderful. Polite and friendly and efficient.

Massive fight in the foyer then couldn’t sleep at all due to kids partying next door. I complained to security who told them to whiten down which they did. Great hotel other than feeling unsafe. Will stay elsewhere next time

We had an excellent stay this hotel, from the moment we checked in the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. The service was outstanding every request was handled promptly. I would highly recommend this hotel

Room. size was very good but the room was tired. Furniture showed signs of wear, cupboard door over fridge had loose hinges, toilet leaked TV did not work. Compared to other Crowne Plaza hotels that we have stayed in this one was not up to standard and definitely did not merit the price charged

Great hotel, fabulous views.

Clean

Very spacious rooms and decent quality. The only issue was the bed linen was not good, it was as hard as paper. Probably time to update.

We love Crowne Plaza and have stayed several times just this year. No fuss, reception staff so very very polite, helpful and courteous. We only ever stay at Crowne Plaza. Keep up the excellent service.

Lovely staff, very clean facilities

Very Disappointing stay in the room except for the view that we paid an extra $81 p/p per night for . Our 3 night stay in our room consisted of no tv working ( except SBS only) due to an internet problem that the tv needs to work and couldn’t resolve throughout our entire stay so we ended up using our own data at our cost. The aircon did not work on heating so for 2 nights we turned it off and got an oil heater the last night after having to ask twice for it to be looked at ( on separate nights). The shower was good but a lot of water leaking on the floor . The poor staff at the front desk dealt with so many complaints this weekend from a booked hotel but did not appear to hear or see any managers get involved . On checking out no apologies for the inconvenience of what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend away with no kids !! A refund to cover our data costs and lack of heating would have been great !! Given this experience we will not be returning to this hotel

Overall i was very pleased. My only criticism would be there were many selections on the menu not available, I had tried to order a burger, not available, then marinara pizza, again not available, as it’s a small menu I found the available options very limited

Room was good and clea, staff friendly and helpful. No TV's were working in any rooms and no wifi due to some technical problems was not good enough for the price paid.

The front desk was very professional and friendly but housekeeping not good enough they did not vacuuming my room and not even cleaning the mirror properly the milk that I use in the glass still stuck inside and room dining I order my food he just bring the dessert without the cream and when I call him he said it doesn’t come with cream and I told him what my order is and he said ok I will bring it the swimming pool is dirty no one cleaning the dirt and leaf was in the swimming pool and spa I wonder no one hardly use the swimming pool because it was very dirty
