Reception staff were so friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Only a short trip this time. Will be back again next time 😊

Great experience for my stays

I was very impressed by the professionalism of all the staff — their courteous and attentive service made a positive impact on my stay. As a builder with a keen eye for property condition, I couldn’t help but notice that the hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and could benefit from some maintenance, upgrades, and greater attention to detail in certain areas. Given this, I found the nightly lodging fee to be a little excessive, especially when compared to other 5-star hotels that offer a similar price point but a more updated experience. A refresh of the facilities would certainly bring the property more in line with the high standards its pricing suggests.

Was a lovely stay, very comfortable and alliwed a late check

Great location. We only stayed one night in a large comfortable clean room staff were very helpful. Dinner and breakfast was very good. Will certainly come again enjoyed our stay

Value for money, staff very helpful and property presented in a clean manner. The only down side there was no sugar in room for a cuppa, had to use a sweetener.

We stay at the Dingley each time we are in Melbourne.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff at check in were efficient and pleasant. However the television in our room had no reception and was un-useable. Reception staff endeavoured to fix the problem but could not. We were offered free breakfast as compensation which we did not want. This should not have occurred and spoiled our stay.
