호텔 사나

우선 씨티텍스가 1박에 무려 20유로씩 추가징수하구요. 갑자기 추워진 날씨에 히터도 안들어왔어요. 첫날 밤에 안나오길래 리셉션에 물어봤더니 해줄수있는게없다고ㅋㅋ 이불이나 더 달라고해서 덮고잤는데 다음날 히터이제 될거라더니 안되서 또 그냥잤네요. 주차도 호텔 앞에다가 하는게 아니고 한 50미터 더 가서 풀이자라는 가라지에 두라고하고. 식사도 뭐 그냥그냥입니다. 10시까지인데 늦게가면 리필도안해줘요. 위치는 좋아요. 관광지와 가까워서 다니기는좋은데. 음식추천 및 대부분의 서비스에서 이게 4성급이 맞나 라는 생각이 무지무지 듭니다. 한국분들은 가능하면 다른 곳 이용 하시길 추천드리고.. 시설은 방은 작구요. 나름 모던한 디자인의 호텔은 맞습니다. 제가 왠만하면 거의 대부분호텔 만점드리고 다니는데 여긴 서비스 0점이에요. 참고하세요~~!

Alles bestens, allerdings war das Zimmer sehr klein.

Great location, service and infrastructure. If you’re driving tell them that you’re arriving on car so they can reserve you a spot (limited parking spaces)

Hotel en muy buen estado, habitación doble, con puerta separadora, dos televisiones, baño completo con muchos productos, desayuno espectacular, parking a la puerta del hotel, personal super amable y simpatico, muy bien, volvería sin dudarlo

The location is great and the staff was very helpful.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It's right in the middle of Sarajevo's historic old town, but tucked away enough that traffic noise isn't too much of a problem. When I walked in I told the lady at the desk, "I think I'm in the right place" and she said, "Yes you are, Erik." She already knew who I was. I asked about a cab to the airport for an early morning flight and she set up a ride with a member of the hotel's staff that was cheaper than a cab. (And she shared a bag of popcorn with me!) On the morning when I checked out, the hotel's internet was having problems and the worker couldn't run my credit card. So he took my information and turned on the coffee machine (four hours before they serve breakfast) so I could have a cappuccino while I waited for my ride to the airport. Amazing service! It's a boutique hotel with really nice, clean rooms. Mine had two skylights that could be shuttered remotely. The included breakfast was wonderful. You can walk from the hotel to all of the historic churches, mosques and museums. I recommend the cable car lifts up the mountain for incredible views. (Look for the abandoned bobsled tracks from the 1984 Winter Olympics.) When I think of Sarajevo, I only think about the wars in the 1990s but this city is so much more. The only possible negative is that the road outside the hotel is extremely busy and has very narrow sidewalks. And the motorists speed by. So be careful crossing the street.

Everything is good except that the room was so small that there was no room to laid down our luggages.Beds were tighter than normal single beds.

Great small hotel at the edge of the old town. At the main square with besilj fountain in minutes. Lovely room, air con and breakfast

This hotel is exceptional - not only just its location but the quality of the hotel, room and amenities. The staff is very nice and helpful. Wonderful breakfast! I would stay here again!

I like the staff because they were very helpful and attentive when I checked in and had questions. However, the reason why some stars is because the cleanliness was really bad and unacceptable. For example, one of the hand towels were absolutely covered with blood stains. Like, the entire towel was covered with blood stains. (I actually had to take a photo of it.) Apparently, the hotel has another company do the laundry services. Well, at some point, someone should've seen this towel, even when folding it. So I think that's a bit ridiculous. The next thing is that the showerhead was actually moldy! So clearly, there is way too much moisture in these bathrooms. The rest of the room itself was OK. But those two issues marred the experience.

The hotel is in a great location. Great blend of modern facilities and rustic features in the decor. All of the staff, especially Emil , enthusiastically went out of their way to help us. Staying at Sana was a stand out excellent experience on our journey. If I could rate Sana 10 or 15 stars out of 5, I would.

Everything was perfect about this property. I booked last minute after a terrible experience at another hotel. Hotel Sana exceeded on many levels. Excellent location, clean, friendly and very nice room. If I return to Sarajevo I would only book there.

Niisy, bring your earplugs, cramped tiny room not very clean, polluted area. The saving grace was the staff who gave me a lemon hot tea in the middle of the night

Small nice hotel in Sarajevo Old Town. Perfect location, clean, nice breakfast and helpful staff. Possibility to park a car if booked in advance. Very good value for money.
