마 이파네마 호텔

Stayed two nights here after having spent two nights at a different hotel in Copacabana. The difference in both neighbourhood and accommodation were immediate. The staff were very welcoming and offered a welcome drink which I had on the rooftop before my room was ready. Great views from the roof and my room as well (could see Cristo Redentor). Had dinner and breakfast from the adjoining restaurant which were both very good.

O hotel em si é bom, porém não fui bem tratada pela funcionária “X” que mesmo eu sendo cliente gold e tendo garantido o late checkout não me foi dado, mesmo tendo disponível. Decepcionada com o hotel e com a “promessa” da hotéis.com

Funcionários muito simpaticos e atenciosos, o café da manhã e almoço muito bons. Só que dois dias a máquina nao tinha chocolate.

This hotel was recommended by a friend who lives in Rio and I understand why. The location is near the Ipanema beach, safer than Copacabana, the rooms and facilities are nice and clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We reserved the 6 hour city/Cristo tour with them which was a good choice. We also enjoyed the spa for massages which were also very nice.

Pontos positivos: - Atendimento dos funcionários - Localização Pontos negativos: - Colchão, uma vez que não é ortopédico (com molas desgastadas e desconfortantes) - Rodízio inadequado das toalhas do banheiro. Por vezes as tolhas eram de boa qualidade, outros dias eram desgastadas e ruins - Altura do som (música) inadequada do salão do café da manhã

Excelente atendimento na recepção. Hotel bem conservado e em ótima localização. Bom café da manhã.

Hotel was very comfortable and walking distance to the beach. A lot of cute cafes and good restaurants in the area that are also walking distance. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Highly recommend booking here.

The Mar Ipanema has a very good location; near shopping and just two blocks off the beach. Good value, clean, quiet, comfortable, nice restaurant, great exersize room, friendly staff.

Close to the beach, nice rooms. I would recommend!

Hotel was great so was the staff

The room was facing the main street and noise isolation was non-existent. In fact, there were visible physical holes between the window and the wall, which let all the noise from the street inside the room. Since this was a Friday night and there are night clubs next to the hotel, it felt like I was on the dance floor and not in my bed. Noise islolation between the connecting rooms was also non-existebt. The guy next door had a stomach bug and was very ill all night. I heard -everything-. Breakfast was ok/average. Staff were kind and helpful. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

cafe deixa a desejar no geral, mas principalmete pelo desconforto que é se abaixar e pegar louca. manjutencao em geral do hotel tbem deixa a desejar, a exemplo do "tapete" nas janelas dos quartos para abafar ruido de chuva e q se encontrava em pessimo estado na suite 607 p.ex.

Razoável

We stayed in a regular room, everything was good but the AC. Not sure if it was because it was hot outside but AC was at 17° C and it felt like 23 C. A central metal piece of the window was loose and it make some noise as the AC was an old model and it shakes while it was working. Real highlight here is that everything else was fantastic.

O hotel tem excelente localização e bom atendimento. Os funcionários são bastante educados. Porém, sobre o hotel não gostei muito do custo benefício, visto que a diária custou quase 900 reais e não oferece justificativa para tanto. O quarto é bem comum e o café da manhã bem pobre considerando o valor da diária. Enfim, não recomendaria nessas condições!
