It was just was amazing ,

Very unimpressed! I was hoping to enjoy my stay without being disturbed, but the front desk kept calling my room about door dash when I already told the driver exactly where my room is and where to go to drop my orders off. Very unprofessional and it looks like your front staff needs to be trained again, or you need to hire someone else. I won’t be staying again.

Everything was fantastic

the pool area was extremely slippery, no where to walk except on smooth wet tiles. everything else was great.

Very relaxing hotel eith nice amenities

Stayed with family and we were all in 3 different rooms. Mitch at check in was fantastic, friendly, speedy and upgraded 1 room free of charge. Comfy beds, clean rooms and close to everything. We will be back!

Good place, recommend

We have stayed here many times but the hotel is beginning to be dated. We have stayed 2x in the past month for various functions and in both rooms we stayed in the toilets constantly make noise and run. Wallpaper and paint is beginning to look sad and peeling but otherwise beds are comfy and it is a convenient location.

The jetted bath tub was not cleaned properly. We could see some greyish marks.

We liked the atmosphere , The affordability and the Friendly staff . The rooms were very clean and Tidy .And the location of the property was Perfect .we will Definitely be back in the near future. Thanks

Very friendly staff at check in. Upgraded us to a room with forest view. Cleaning staff was very helpful, kind and considerate. Hotel is clean. Location close to concert venue and winery.

We have been at this Hotom a number of times. It is a beautiful hotel with good value. It is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub always clean. A nice restaurant with good food and prices. Great location to Niagara on the Lake wine region.

Great property

We booked as a group and not all group members were put on the same floor. Very disappointing for them. Noise complaints were unjustified.

The staff were incredible! These were some of the kindest, genuine people I've ever met. The inside was very clean every time we came down, which says a lot considering how much snow and salt were outside. One of our best experiences.

We love this Hotel, always consistence great rest!
