힐튼 밴쿠버 메트로타운

The best hotel around the entire metro burnaby area. Right next to metropolis the biggest shopping mall out of the cities in BC. Great room condition, bed is firm enough(a bit close to softer side). Overall service was good. If you are traveling with cars, do the valet parking. It is only few bucks difference and it is definitely worth of buck. You get to park in the reserved area(parking shares with crystal mall and it always gets crowed mixing up with the mall customers)

생각보다 조용하고 방이 크고 깨끗했습니다. 지리적으로 전철역도 가깝고 쇼핑몰도 바로 옆에 위치해 있어서 여행하기에 매우 좋습니다. 한인식당도 근처에 위치해서 좋았습니다. 주차장도 비교적 편하게 이용했고요. 단 하나 아쉬운 것은, Complimentary water는 한번만 제공된다는 점은 알고 가세요. 생수가격이 얼마 안할건데, daily로 제공하지 않는 것은 조금 문제가 있습니다. 요구해서 받기는 했습니다.

Glad we selected Hilton Vancouver Metrotown

I was pleasantly surprised by how well the room is maintained. The room has a good size fridge and microwave. With restaurants nearby, having a microwave in the room is an excellent option.

Overall it was a good location and lots to do especially in Metrotown!

We returned to the Hilton for the last two nights of our Canada trip. Unfortunately our room was not ready despite us being there at the 4pm check-in time. Long story short, we waited an hour to be given a room. However, after speaking to the manager, we were upgraded to an executive room and offered free breakfast for our stay which was appreciated. I’m not sure what had gone wrong with housekeeping/ the check-in process and why our room/an alternative room wasn’t available so something had obviously gone wrong and the staff member on the desk was not very competent at dealing with the situation. However, we did appreciate the manager’s efforts to make up for whatever had gone wrong. The area around the hotel felt safe and there were a few options for eating out. Easy walk to the Metrotown tube.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious, clean and well maintained. Love our stay and will plan another stay in the future

We liked the room. No noise from other guests and well equipped bathroom. Breakfast was highlight, lots of choice and good quality products. Service was always good.

Average room, needs upgrading. Mattress is sagging. Only one bar of soap. Bathtub gel soap smells too manly. Pool was extremely small, hot tub not working, gym extremely small.

Waited a long time to get a room

A nice, clean, quality hotel in the Metrotown area. A huge shopping mall is just a 3-minute walk. I'm happy to have chosen to stay at Hilton Metrotown and definitely come back in the future!
