The furniture and the apartment need to be refurbished

What a jewel and great service friendly staff fabulous value for money. Lovely pool areas to choose from. 30 min walk to harbour. Apartment very clean and spacious, large balcony. Has everything you need - hob, microwave and even a washing machine. Shop around the corner and really impressive restaurants nearby. Would benefit from cushions on sun loungers, bring your own beach towels. We’ll be back!

The apartment was simple, standard ok but not very new. We checked in and out when the reception was closed, worked fine and smooth. We were supposed to get a “gift” which we didn’t. The kitchen was very poorly equipped with no salt and pepper etc. No smart tv in the room. AC worked poorly, very hot in the flat, despite ac on.

Lovely apartments with all you need for a comfortable stay at a great price. Pools were great and never busy, even in July/August, there was no problem getting a sunbed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment was a good size with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Aircon was great (and needed!). The only negatives I could add would be that the location is about 5 mins walk too far away from the bars / restaurants and we did miss a clean / towel change in our first week. But staff helpfully sorted this and even gave us a top up clean.

Perfect little break

Building is old & overused. Furniture is outdated. Floors were dirty & sticky . Couldn’t take a shower for 3 days because of the not so clean bathroom.

Wonderful staff, the romanian woman in the front desk was wonderful and helpful. The pools was okay, the place was perfect, good rooms with nice beds and reliable internet.

Nach einer Woche dort kann ich sagen, dass wir mit der Drei-Sterne-Anlage sehr zufrieden waren. Die von uns gemietete Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Bedürfnissen und bot ausreichend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Der Pool war am Morgen ein besonderes Highlight für die Kinder. Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten, war ein Parkplatz für uns wichtig – auch in dieser Hinsicht war alles bestens. Die Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und versorgten uns gerne mit allen notwendigen Informationen für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Natürlich kann man immer etwas Minuspunkten finden, wenn man danach sucht. Aber ich habe bewusst eine Drei-Sterne-Anlage gebucht und sie auch unter diesem Gesichtspunkt bewertet.Danke

Spacious apartments, great and excellent value for the money.

This has to be the best apartment to stay at in Paphos. Super easy to collect your apartment key if you arrive when reception is closed. Not a problem! Apartment very clean & spacious, with everything you will need for your stay. Great facilities with swimming pools and a gym. Great location too which is close enough to all places of interest and easy to get around. But also in a quiet location with little disturbances day and night. Checking in at a convenient time for yourself is a definite plus, so you can relax and not feel rushed. All the staff in reception extremely friendly, welcoming and very helpful, offering lots of information for your stay. They really cannot do enough for you. Even out of hours, to contact somebody in an emergency is very easy and simple. They continue to be super friendly and very helpful to quickly and efficiently sort out any problems or concerns you may have. They do not let you worry about a thing and rapidly get back to you with updates on the situation of concern. Resolving everything for you, putting your mind at rest. I will definitely be staying here again and I will recommend this apartment to my friends, family and anyone else who is looking to stay in Paphos. I cannot fault this apartment or staff. They do amazing job at this amazing apartment. Well recommended. Five glowing stars! *****

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property in April 2025. The apartment was clean and spacious with clear separated living areas. The complex the apartment was in was clean and well maintained. We had an oven we weren’t expecting which was useful. There was plenty of parking on site and we never struggled to find a place to park. You’re about a 15 minute walk into the harbour area, not far from the mall or old town. Overall it’s a good location and the roads were quiet when we were there. The pools were quiet as they hadn’t quite warmed up enough in early April - but that’s not the properties fault as many locations naturally heat the pools. Our only issues would be the hot water system. It’s just old fashioned being an immersion heater. We had immersion heaters 20 years ago and they weren’t good then and they aren’t any better in 2025. You have to wait ages to check if you have hot water and 30 minutes to heat it up without touching any water.
