Lovely hotel Excellent customer service Great room which was ideal Would definitely stay there again

The hotel itself was clean and well presented although rather dated. The rooms however were quite dirty, we had empty toilet roll cardboard on the floor in the bathroom and hairs in the sink. We also asked if we could have fresh towels and the room cleaned and they said not for a two night stay. We changed first room because that smelt like smoke. Staff seemed friendly and accommodating. But overall was disappointed with the quality of the rooms.

This was an OK, cheap place to stay for a night. The bed was comfortable, but there were a few issues with the room - especially that there was no way of locking the sash window from the inside, so it could be opened from the outside. Furnishings and bathroom a bit tired and tatty. Staff are lovely though!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large but dated, bed was comfy but the pillows were hard as rocks. There were 2 fans in our room (which was great) but they were so coated in dust I had to wipe them off before using. The jacuzzi tub could have used with a lot better cleaning cycle and pushed out A LOT of gunk.

I had a disappointing stay at the Arnos Manor Hotel due to several factors. Firstly, the location of my first room was right on the main road, which was far too noisy, so I asked to change room. The second room I was given was an internal room which looked out onto a stairwell (at least it wasnt noisy), but this time the shower didn't work. I brought this to the attention of the hotel, who assured me they would take a look at it. On my return after my evening out, I was told clearly that the shower was now working. It wasn't. Nothing had been changed or fixed, so I was once again reduced to having to have a bath. The overall state of the rooms are very tired and shabby, and the breakfast was fairly rubbish too. For the price point i paid (around £300 for two nights, parking and breakfast) I was very disappointed in what I received for my money.

Property was fine, nothing special, good value for money. The bed was very comfortable. The room we were in had a smashed sink. This place seems to host a lot of weddings which were very noisy and music went on quite late. Car park was very busy. The one thing that actually bothered me though were other guests with dogs in their rooms barking in the early morning.

Very happy with the room, nice and quiet, wide hallways and nicely decorated. Very wide stair ways and lifts available for those who find the stairs hard going. Disabled access through the train station.

A comfortable enough stay for one night while at a wedding nearby. The hotel has no lift so make sure you request a ground floor room if bringing a pushchair

Rooms looked like they had been recently renovated but there was no air conditioning and were very hot despite it being quite a cool day. The bathroom was very old fashioned

Emily on reception very welcoming and friendly. Room a good size but a little dated. The cleanliness was acceptable tho not perfect. Cobwebs on ceiling and walls, one pillow case marked, skirting boards scruffy and windows need cleaning. Bathroom clean.

Property was very nice

All OK, very hot room despite the heatwave being over. No AC but 3 fans provided to stir the hot air around. No plug points or USB charger points within reach of the bed. Great staff, lovely building. Could use some investment in the rooms. Bathroom/shower particularly.

Very unique property, good location from the train station and local transport routes. rooms are a little outdated and could benefit from refurbishment to bring them up to date with other hotels in Bristol. Our room was standard, clean, tidy and comfortable, bathroom could do with a spruce up as the flooring was uneven and some black mould in the corners of the bath. Not value for money on this occasion.

Older property. Showing it's age. Fabulous, helpful and friendly staff. Would return.
