가격에 비해 방과 욕실이 너무 작았어요 특히 욕실은 성인 어른이 욕조에 앉아서 반신욕이나 사우나를 할 수 없고 간신히 샤워만 할 수 있었습니다 욕조가 없었으면 조금 공간이 생겨서 좀 더 편하게 샤워를 할 수 있을 거 같네요

Russell Park가 가까워서 운동하기에 좋음

일단 샤워타월에 머리카락이 있었고 룸슬리퍼는 물론 바디로션도 없으며 전반적으로 환기가 잘안되어 끕끕한 느낌이 있습니다. 나도 모르게 베드버그가 있는 지 확인하게 되는 룸컨이었습니다. 심지어 세면대 물도 졸졸졸 나와서 4성이라는 게 믿을 수 없었음. 조식은 무난했지만 런던 물가 감안해도 가격값 못하는 호텔

위치가 너무 좋았습니다. 그리고 룸 상태도 좋았구요 다음에 런던에 가게되도 다기 묵을 생각이에요

냉장고가 없아서 아쉽고 창문을 여닫기 힘들어서 불편했어요 그래도 서비스가 친절하고 방을 청결하게 유지해주셔서 좋았습니다

A very well situated hotel convenient for Transportation, walking to West End, British Museum and restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Rooms are small and the shower in my room could not be adjusted because of a broken part.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and considering the price, it offers good value overall. The room was clean, the neighborhood quiet, breakfast was satisfactory, and several staff members were friendly and helpful. However, I was very disappointed by an issue at checkout on Sunday. The hotel declined to store my luggage, explaining that the storage area was “full” and that this is a common occurrence on Sundays. While I did not wish to cause any inconvenience, this left me with no option but to carry two suitcases with me throughout the afternoon, which made my final hours in London unnecessarily stressful. If this situation arises regularly, I believe the hotel should establish alternative arrangements and provide practical solutions, rather than simply advising guests that storage is unavailable. Although my one-week stay was otherwise pleasant, I departed with stress and, regrettably, cannot recommend the hotel to others.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The location is highly convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation. The property was exceptionally clean, and the room was well-prepared and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant experience. The breakfast offered a good selection of fresh and well-prepared options, providing an excellent start to the day. The staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy, which further enhanced my stay. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for its location, cleanliness, breakfast quality, and service.

It was a lovely hotel with amazing windows that kept street noise out! Spotlessly clean room too

Very nice hotel in a nice part of London. Very central and easy access to transport options. We knew the rooms had no air conditioning but didn’t mind that and they all had fans in any case.

Bien situé mais par contre il n’y a pas d’air climatisé dans les chambres. Même les avec les fenêtres ouvertes, nous arrivions pas à refroidir la chambre même avec le ventilateur. Sinon tout était correcte.

The Bedford is pretty much my go-to choice when staying in London. It’s walking distance from two underground stations which gives you quick access to most of the city. It’s surrounded by dining options ranging from budget fast food to bougie restaurants. The British Museum is a brief stroll away, and despite all that, it’s quiet. (I’ve only visited as a solo traveller, but it’s perfect for solo travellers.)

Good location near Euston station , and nearby Holborn and Russel Square underground stations.Plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby.Only negative ,rooms don’t have air conditioning..

It is a very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff on the desk are very friendly and welcoming. All the other staff are pleasant and polite. Our only problem was that the customer lifts were very small, making it very difficult for my husband and i to fit in with his disabikity walker

The room was quite spacious! There was a fan, but no AC.

the room was very comfortable, if not large (this is central London, after all). Service was great, staff was friendly and the location was really great with three underground stops nearby. There were good restaurants nearby. While not particularly cheap, it wasn't outrageously priced, especially for that part of London.

The Bedford Hotel rooms did not have air conditioning. Only the lobby was air conditioned. While it's the norm in the UK not to have a/c, in this era of climate change and intense summer heatwaves, customers should be able to choose properties that are air conditioned. The website should state if a/c is available or not.
