Bristol jewel - unique architecture along with convenient location. 15 min walk to train stay room or 7 min by taxi.

My wife and I had a wonderful two nights stay at this place. The staff were amazing and friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was pristinely clean and the bed was super comfortable. Will certainly go back!

Great location for accessing the city centre, everything is easily walkable and the main bus stops are a few minutes walk. Rooms are a good size, clean, tidy with no noise. Breakfast is excellent and worth the cost to fill up for the day! Scrambled egg tasted a bit synthetic and we weren’t the only guests saying it and leaving theirs.

East location, large rooms checked in online but getting a room key seemed to take forever due to systems I guess! Facilities are good, NCP car park round the corner but back way walk is past bins, dirty backstreets and grotty alley ways which is a shame.. not the hotels fault but to recommend this car park isn’t ideal

nice place to stay in Bristol if you want to be in town where everything is. Parking was a little tricky, but overall the hotel was excellent after we first went to a not so nice place south of town. We were saved by finding this place on hotels.com at the last minute!

In general a good hotel in the central parts of Bristol. A good breakfast with a lot of alternatives although I recomend to add some vegetables. When we had a problem with a window late in the evening we got instant help to solve the problem. Tumbs up for that. However when I asked for a smaller pillow and a thinner blancet (it was varm summer days) there was no alternative which I think is an improvement for the hotel to have at least a couple of choices for the guests when the weather varies.

The hotel was in a convenient location and wasn't as noisy as I worried it would be. The self service check-in and check-out was easy and smooth. I did expect a higher standard in the hotel itself - the decor, cleanliness and breakfast were just OK, nothing more. So I felt the price didnt reflect what was delivered. Its about the same standard as a Premier Inn with a heftier price tag. Also, the TV channels were sub par - you'd expect a lot more selection. No point taking a firestick or laptop to plug into it either as you can't access the back.

I had a fantastic stay at the Clayton Hotel Bristol. Everything from check-in to check-out was seamless. The staff were friendly and professional, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and breakfast was a real highlight. Overall, a great experience I’d definitely stay again

Great stay for 3 nights. Fir a city centre hotel it was very quiet. Staff we encountered were all very friendly. Didn't have breakfast at hotel. But several small cafes within 3 mins walk Would definitely stay there again

We loved staying here & the situation is perfect for a visit to The Hippodrome, strolling along the waterfront for a leisurely lunch, an easy walk to Cabot Circus & easy access to buses. We will recommend it & hopefully return in the future.

Ett flott hotell midt i gamlebyen i Bath. Frokosten var veldig god. Er du interessert i øl, så anbefaler jeg å besøke Froth & Fries rett over gaten. Fantastisk god service, god øl og koselig uteservering.

Lovely Hotel in a great central location, Nice friendly staff. We were let down by the sub standard room cleaning on the 2nd day. Cleaner failed to empty bins in bedroom and bathroom. Shower screen left with marks, Bathroom sink plug left out. Used coffee cups left in room, coffee pods not replaced. Noticed a lot dust flying in the room, unsure if this was coming from the air conditioning vent.

We had a nice stay here, the hotel is in a quiet location a short walk away from the town centre and waterfront. Breakfast was not overwhelming with choice but nice enough with options for different food preferences. Staff are lovely. The room was very clean and beds comfy.
