Convenient access to the subway and bus, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Very nice place.

Nice clean hotel staff were very friendly. Only would say mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and bunk beds creaked over all amazing location with everything you need on your door step will hopefully be coming back

Good location for family travelling to London.

Il posto è nuovo, ma le stanze sono piccolissime. Adatto per un paio di giorni al massimo. Non c'è un armadio o qualcosa per appoggiare i vestiti. Inoltre in alcune camere non funziona l'aria condizionata (nella nostra faceva un caldo insopportabile). Pulizia stanza solo su richiesta. Una volta bene, un'altra male. Il bagno è per lillipuziani. Mai visto un bagno così piccolo.

Experience let down by early check in not being available

Det var greit, men gulvteppet var full av flekker. Du måtte si ifra hvis du trengte nye håndklær, og tømming av søppel. Heisen virket ikke.

We really loved this property. It had mixed reviews but the location is near the tube and eating and price was very reasonable. Our room had AC, window and a shower. Staff was very nice, properly was clean and in a safe area.

Ce n’est pas notre premier séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé mais sommes moyennement satisfaits cette fois-ci Alors que nous avions réservé pour 4 nuits on nous donne une chambre dont la climatisation était en panne ! Deux ventilateurs pour brasser de l’air chaud (environ 30 degrés à l’extérieur) Nous avons réclamé une autre chambre pour les 3 nuits restantes et avons accepté une twin au niveau -1 (assez grande par rapport aux autres et fenêtre sur cour) Ascenseur en panne mais on nous a aidé à porter nos bagages (réparé le jour de notre départ) et offert une boisson Le personnel a l’accueil a été à l’écoute et à fait de son mieux

Great stay for Hyde Park concert in London.

Fint personale og god placering til metro. Utrolig lille værelse. Sengen fyldte det hele, så vi kunne ikke bevæge os rundt og der var ikke plads til vores baggage. Meget lille badeværelse. Aircondition larmende helt vildt og var ud af vinduet, så vi kunne ikke lukke det for støjen udenfor. Ikke en fed oplevelse af værelset

Ihan OK hotelli, huoneet pieniä ja askeettisia, mutta siistejä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Hotellin ympäristö melko siisti ja rauhallinen, lähellä metroasemaa. Melko kallis, mutta niinpä nämä vaikuttaisivat olevan.

False advertising. Trapped us last minute and did not tell us the elevator was not working until they handed the key. AC was not working and instead of moving us to another room which we asked for. Instead they just gave us a fan.

Clean, cheap, good location

Great location, near to plenty of places to eat and drink as well as a tube stop. Staff were friendly helpful. The rooms are small and the lift was out of order when we were there, but for a stop over it was fine. The room itself was clean, as was the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. AC was on but didn't seem to do a lot, however there was a fan in the room as well which was fine.

This boutique hotel is in a perfect location 1 block away from earls court tube station, plenty of shops and restaurants. There is construction on the building right next door and across the street. So noise was prevalent. It make take 1 more year for this to be over. Be aware, I found bugs and ants in my room. Front desk promise to Deep clean, but couldn’t move me to another room/full occupancy. The halls on the 3rd floor are small couldn’t extend my arms and I was able to touch the ceiling. I am 5’7, medium frame. The lights are motion activated so it wasn’t safe especially if you are trying to pull out your keys. Lights go off and it’s peach dark. Stairs are dangerous to use. These have thick carpet and these were for small feet. Only 1 lift for 2 people, which it is use to bring trash down so it smells. It was down for 1 day, but they offer to bring my luggage for me, so customer service was great. If a Quiet area, Safety and clean rooms are your priorities, find something else for the price.

Staffs are very nice , the hotel is very accessible to the subway, shops . Staffs clean our room everyday .

Veldig Lite rom og veldig lytt. Var rent men luktet telt av salmiakk i hele rommet

Location was excellent. Rooms were small (but that's a typical London thing) but were clean.
