Holiday Inn Express SOUTHAMPTON M27, JCT.7, an IHG Hotel

This holiday inn is very nice and clean , happy to stay there and will stay again next time.

Staff were really friendly and professional. Found the room to be very tired and a bit grubby. Did the job for a quick stay.

This is our second stay at this hotel and once again we were not disappointed. The hotel is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a decent choice of dining options.

Easy parking good value loads of retail parks close by

Beyond our expectations usually stay in travel lodge so this was a change From checking in to checkout the staff were exceptional. Beds were excellent great sleep great quality and breakfast included. Our dog loved it as we took her on a walk in the woods . Will definitely be back.

We use this hotel as our overnight stop prior to our cruise holiday. It perfect for access, clean friendly staff plus a very short transfer to the cruise terminal. It is very close to a great shopping complex for any last minute items

Good location if you do want to stay in the city itself. Good motorway access. Comfortable bed. Free parking. Tea/coffee in the room. Breakfast included. Arrived a couple of hours before check in time but had rooms already available so no need to kill time.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Southampton West End! The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They went the extra mile to help us celebrate our anniversary with some lovely treats in our room, which was a really thoughtful touch. A big thank you to the team for making our stay special—we’ll definitely be back!

Property was in a quiet, cosy neighbourhood. The staff were excellent. Definitely will be staying there again.

My wife and i are both disabled. The disabled room was at the end of the passage. We also had to wait for someone to open the inteeleading door to the lounge..there should be a disabled door with a push button. We have stayed here before and the breakfast was fine. This time everything was dry and overcooked. We are IHG members and considering not to use the hotel again.

The breakfast choice was very good, a few things they could do better, informed the reception when checking out. The room I was in was cold and very noisy early that morning road noise. Again informed reception.
