B&B 호텔 피렌체 누오보 팔라조 디 기우스티지아

깔끔하고 좋습니다. 일반적 호텔처럼 방음 않됩니다. 샤워부스 매우 작습니다. 그 외에는 전반적으로 만족합니다. 참 커피 포트, 전자레인지는 로비에서만 쓸수있어서 불편했어요

가격대비 괜찮음. 시내까지 1시간 정도. 호텔 바로앞에 버스 정류장. 모기 모기 모기 모기 덥지만 문을 열면 시원함. 모기도 시원함. 잠못잠, 모기 모기 아침식사 가격대비 좋음.

컨디션도 별로고 물도 내려가지도 않으며 밤새 시끄럽고 깨끗하지도 않으며 아무 것도 갖추어지지도 않았다. 이럴꺼면 민박가지 싶을 정도로 끔찍했ㄷ.

This was a nice hotel. The staff were super friendly. It was a convenient location to the airport. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have the breakfast, but it looked decent. My only complaint was a woman next-door kept banging on the walls when we were talking. I would definitely stay there again if I needed to be near the airport.

Abbiamo alloggiato una notte in questa meravigliosa struttura. Abbiamo trovato il personale della reception molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, le camere super pulite e dotate di ogni comfort e la comodità nel parcheggiare avendo un parcheggio privato della struttura. Distante appena 5 km dal centro città, sarà sicuramente un punto di riferimento per noi ogni volta che torneremo a Firenze. Ottimo soggiorno!

We raised several concerns during our stay, including a leaking bathroom, a mysterious bloodstain on the bed present since check-in (I have photos - staff refused to change the sheets despite multiple requests, and to be clear, the blood was not ours), and flooring that was lifting. After just a few nights, we chose to leave and booked another hotel. Expedia contacted the property on our behalf, but the response? No refund for the unused nights. Although I received an apology email from the hotel acknowledging the issues, they still refused to make things right. Sadly, it's not surprising considering they couldn't even be bothered to replace blood-stained sheets.

Wir waren als Familie zu Gast. Leider entsprach der Zustand der Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen und dem gewohnten B&B Einrichtungen. Die Zimmer wirkten sehr heruntergekommen, im Badezimmer fanden wir noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen – ein deutliches Zeichen mangelnder Sauberkeit. Der Weg zur Tiefgarage war ebenfalls problematisch: sehr steil und der Boden voller Schlaglöcher, Insgesamt leider keine Empfehlung.

If I stayed at this hotel for sightseeing, I could give a full mark. Nevertheless, this time, it was a business trip. The time spent in the hotel room was probably much longer than that of average tourists. There was only a small table occupied by one of my two laptops. I used the other one on a bed. No power supplies around the table. The room was on a lower floor and was noisy every night. During my stay, the weather was beautiful. I opened a window every early morning, but I couldn't open the curtains because residents in an adjacent apartment could look into the room. Meanwhile, the room was always spotless. Breakfast is excellent for me, both in terms of quality and quantity. A couple of cafes are around the hotel, and I could enjoy having a nice meal every night.

Salle de bain impropre et qui sent très mauvais. Douche coule très lentement. Robinetterie rouillée, manque de couvercle sur les robinets. Pas de petit frigo dans la chambre. Murs souillés.

It was great, the receptionist when we checked in was helpful.

El hotel tiene las tres B, bueno bonito y barato. Sin embargo las áreas aledañas no me sentía segura

The sheet is not dry, and I felt itchy after I slept on the bed. The room and bathroom are too small, it doesn’t clean compare to other hotel, the service not welcome at all.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and well.maintained. Walls are a bit hollow and you can hear your neighbours.

The bed and amenities were good, but the building shows signs of aging. Good for one or two nights, but not more. Tramway to airport/downtown Florence is less than 500 m

Ottima soluzione non lontano dal centro

Great staff and close to local, reasonably priced food as well as a 10 min walk to trams.
