호텔 포르타 펠리체 & 스파

무난무난했습니다~

이탈리아의 큰섬이긴하지만 주변분위기는 낡고 어두웠다.역주변 도심은 걸어서 10분정도 소요된다. 아침조식도 직접 빵도굽고 아주 정성스럽게 준비되어 있다. 여행의 1순위는 음식이다.즐거운 여행이었다. 다음에 다시 오고 싶은 호텔이다. 호텔 근무자들에 감사한다.

Rätt ordinärt hotell. Bra läge men annars inget speciellt. Riktigt billigt och tråkigt inredda rum. De som gett höga betyg kan aldrig bott på ett bra hotell.

It was a overnight stay and was ok

Wonderful hotel close to the historical district. The Spa is a MUST!!! Breakfast was incredible. Gianlucca was a helpful concierge. The local restaurants are fair priced and the limoncello spritz are delightfully refreshing!

Major construction work being undertaken outside our balcony prohibited it's use.

Properly my worst booking ever! This Hotel is small, lovely with nice rooms, which are clean and needle, so fare so good and the. It’s ends, sadly. It’s position on a second road til the harbour front, NO sea view at all. It has a very noise road just outside belows the rooms, cars, motorbikes, scooters run by your rooms all even until 03.00 am! And streetcleaning and the renovation teams do have their run around 04.00 AM - it’s totally impossible to get a nights sleep unless you sleep as if you are dead! Further to this our television would not turn off, called the reception at 10.00 pm asking for help which not could be provided as he was alone on duty.. or yes in 1 hour at 11 pm maybe… Solution we unplugged the powersupply by our selfies. This hotel is overpriced hugely and will not ever by visited again, ever.

We stayed here in May 2025 and had a great time. The room was big and well equipped, but the best part was breakfast on the picturesque terrace (and happy hour there too!). The hotel is also in a good location, roughly a 10 minute walk from the historic centre ( which is good as the centre can get quite crowded!).

Good location, away from the hussle & bussle but close enough to walk to the main points of interest.

This was a great property. Incredible customer service at every single point of contact. Good location on a secondary street (there was still some street noise but that’s to be expected). The breakfast was fantastic - so many delicious house made items and there was variety from day to day. I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else for our next visit to Palermo.

Great location and super breakfast with great views towards the mountains from restaurant balcony. Had room just below on 3 floor with great views from back of hotel over the rooftops. Room was plainly decorated but great space and good sized bathroom. No uk TV channels, only Italian! This was only downside, but internet was good if you bring your own laptop. Could do with kettle and tea facilities also.

Value pricing for a terrific hotel - Classic four star plus. Great staff, generous breakfast, and perfect location near Marina and town center.

Nice clean hotel close to main centre with lots of restaurants within 5 minute walk. In a quieter part of town so no traffic or nightlife noise. Rooms were in good condition and comfortable bed. Great breakfast options and staff spoke good English and were very helpful. There is no kettle but plenty of coffee shops close by. Would happily stay there again.

The hotel was way below my expectation for a four star facility. One day, the hotel ran out of hot water due to a serious problem in the boiler without anyone noticing and it took them forever to get it fixed without the management providing alternatives or solutions. Also the hotel is very dim and not in the perfect location in Palermo. Not to forget, the smell of humidity because of the spa is all over the place. The breakfast, such a disappointment.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Palermo Hotel Porta Felice is a true gem tucked away in Palermo’s historic center. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, always ready with great local recommendations. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony view. The rooftop breakfast was a highlight — delicious, fresh, and served with a beautiful view of the city. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo on foot. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing and authentic Sicilian stay.
