Wonderful Stay!
I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, professional, The room was fancy ,clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to public transport and major attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! Nabila and Samir from Canada.

Très bonne hôte. La chambre était neuve et très propre. Située en plein centre ville, pas loin du port. La hôte était très agréable, elle nous a donné des conseils, notamment pour les parkings. Les petites gourmandises ont été beaucoup apprécié ! On recommande vivement.

The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️

Oppholdet var supert! Hadde egentlig innsjekk klokka 15 dagen vi kom, men da vi kom fram i 11 tiden var rommet klart og vi fikk lov å sjekke inn allerede da. Hadde en natt,om vi ville forlenge oppholdet var det ikke noe problem.
Dagen vi hadde utsjekk ønsket vi å ha bagasjen liggende på hotellet, siden vi skulle på stranda før avreise, og det var ikke noe problem.
Ansatt som hjalp oss var kjempe flink og hyggelig.

Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent and the property is within walking distance of the heart of La Spezia. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Tons of dining options and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here when visiting Cinque Terre. Ilaria was a fantastic host and provided us all the info we needed for our stay. Thank you!

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice. The biggest issue is that you can hear everything upstairs from footsteps to child playing with toys. The walls were very thin and you can hear snoring and coughing from the neighboring room.

My recent stay in Florence was wonderful. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I also found it to be very clean and the room was quite comfortable – exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing.

Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that it’s in the same building as an apartment and there was a loud family with young/loud children running around and jumping all hours of the night right above us. It’s not close to the train station, but that’s on my for not checking ahead of time. Would consider staying there again.
