Great hotel! Very social.

Chambre et salle de bain manquent de possibilité de rangement. Personnel très accueillant et efficace pour répondre au moindre couac. Piscine un peu fraiche, fin Août. Idéal pour découvrir Florence.

Great breakfast, a lot of variety. Friendly people at the front desk.

Hotel facilities and staff were excellent. Room cleaning was a little inconsistent and was the only minor 'mark' against an otherwise really great stay and experience. Highly Recommended Hotel in a good location.

Very clean, very nice

I loved everything about Harbour House. The only thing I think is that they should fix the pool.

We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it so much we extended our visit. The staff was excellent and friendly and the amenities were very nice. Everything was walkable. The gym allowed a proper workout followed by a nice swim in the large pool. Free laundry service was a plus. I will stay here again.

The beds were too hard And what ever the bed sheets were made out of were not breathable it was so sweaty to sleep. It felt like polyester sheets. The pillows were also not great.

Superbe endroit, une ambiance auberge de jeunesse 3.0, piscine magnifique, salle de sport complète, personnel sympathique et serviable. Pas loin de la gare a pied (15 min max) et du tram. Honnêtement, experience formidable. Je recommande et reviendrai si l'occasion se présente.

Perfect area to be within walking distance of a lot of key tourist locations. Within 10 minutes of Trevi fountain, 5 minutes of Spanish steps, 25 minutes colosseum, and many many more. Hotel was quiet, sound proof, and had a great view of the street.

Great place, great atmosphere. The rooftop bar and pool with an awesome views towards the city.

Amazing gym. Short walk to city center. Hotel quiet and safe. Pool on rooftop was amazing. Free laundry on site. Security at front doors at all times.

Mostly good with emphasis to the public side of the roof top. The staff was great there, especially the night time waiter who is an artist doing that tricks with the bottles and glasses. In contrast to the staff on the hotel exclusive (pool area) area of the roof top. Rushy and bad communication people there. After so many difficult to get me a table, while I was seeing a lot available, they made me pay EUR100 for a dinner that I understood it would be EUR50.

C’est l’équivalent du camping.. des équipements pas assez nombreux pour une clientèle de masse (aucune place à la piscine après 9:00 du matin). Un staff qui ne range pas les équipements ni ne nettoie (les tables du rooftop sont extrêmement sales). Même les équipements comme les ascenseurs ne suffisent pas (vous pouvez attendre 10 minutes pour un ascenseur) et au delà du côté super cheap de la décoration, la clientèle trop nombreuse, le staff du bar Menchetti vous prend de haut et fait des remarques en Italien sur la clientèle (entendu des moqueries sur les clients car je parle couramment italien).
