It was very nice experience staying at this hotel ! Especially, the staff was the best staff I have ever seen in my life. Very kind, very fast response, and they did their best.

I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! It's conveniently located close to the city center, making it easy to explore on foot. There are plenty of great restaurants and food options nearby as well. The host was especially kind and extremely responsive. I’ve never experienced such hospitality before. Overall, a fantastic experience!

All of staff is so kind and nice, very welcoming us and helped us check in even at late night. We could feel that they tried to care us as much as they could. I will definitely recommend this residence. Thanks for your kind hospitality.

This is a great place to stay alone. People in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia are so friendly. Especially the hosts are really nice. This is a place I want to stay again next time I go. The location is great so you can walk to most places. I recommend taking Grab. Because the weather is very hot Stayed 4 nights alone It's a really nice accommodation See you again AC Residence

Actually, I didn't expect it because I made a reservation in a hurry, It was really satisfying. The staff members are very kind. The room was very clean and the bed was nice. I'm very satisfied with the price, and I'm willing to revisit.

Very nice hotel, clean, no nonsense, and extremely quick reply. The bed was super comfortable and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and very clean room. No escaping the fact that the location is not very nice and views are of industrial sites. No lift, loud AC and room smelled like petrol.

AC residence isn't what you expect from your normal hotel stay. There is no hotel lobby, there is no reception as it's located on the third floor of shophouses. However don't let it fool you! We arrived after midnight due to flight delays, yet when we messaged the property, we were immediately welcomed at the door. Once inside, we were shown to our room which was pleasantly quite spacious! It was simple but yet so cosy. The room was also really clean and tidy. Getting around was quite easy as well. Located in between Suria Sabah and Imago Shopping Mall, we didn't need to walk far to both places. The best thing about it was the service we received. Need 2 bottles of water, BAM, we received 4 in the next minute. Communication via whatsapp was prompt and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

フロントがない事には驚いたけど室内も清潔。何事にも親切で日本語でもGoogle翻訳で可能な限り対応してくれた。空港へのgrabの手配もしてくれた。

Huoneiston seinät olivat huonossa kunnossa ja varsinkin kylpyhuoneessa oli todella epämiellyttävä haju. Vuode oli kuitenkin siisti eikä ötököitä näkynyt. Ovien lukot olivat miltei mahdottomia avata ja sulkea avaimilla. Ympäristö oli slummimainen ja rauhaton.
