Nobody at reception desk, worst service ever, don't book this hotel, poor service, worst hotel ever.

No water for shower. The room spacious, clean, beautiful, cosy but no water. The hotel knows but still sell the room for rent. The hell is this?

room dirty, not tidy enough, sink not working, lots of dust and tv channel not working properly

Bad experience. My family and I stayed for a night to attend a family's funeral. Water heater not functioning-room 532, but since we were tired after attending the funeral, we didn't ask to change room. 11pm till 12.20am can hear people drilling the wall. I don't understand why no rules saying there shouldn't be any drilling on the wall after 10pm. Shouldn't the building management set the rules for other tenants if they want to do activities after 10pm?this is a hotel and definitely it'll bring down the hotel name. I called the receptionist at 11.30pm and they weren't able to stop the person drilling and hammering to the wall even after 12 midnight. When checked out I have highlighted the same issue - drilling to the girl at the receptionist. Hopefully the hotel will take immediate action after this complain.

The room is spacious and clean, but the bedsheet is dirty.

It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel located next to D Gateway Perdana Hotel.

Terbaik. Bersih. Selesa dan mudah cari parking.

Limited television channels. Which is just 3 channels available. With the rate the customer pay you, you should provide a satellite channel or perhaps astro channel. Check in time need to be improved, with maximum 5 minutes. You shouldn’t make customers wait for your slow service. Same staff answering phone and checking in guest. Staff should actually focus on guest in front of them first, answering phone from other guests not in front of them is second priority. Please take note. Also, you should change the key to access card. Or lower your (key room) rate. Not worth the rate to pay same rate as 3 star hotel but getting a drawer key as replacement for access card.

Kamar sangat luas, bersih, lokasi strategis dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, kafe, rumah makan.

The location of the hotel is good and the room is quite spacious, but I assumed that room service had not been done accordingly after checked-out. When I checked-in the hotel room - there were no towels, no bath soap and the toilet bowl was not clean enough - the bottom of the bowl was rusty in colour instead of white and shiny. I also assumed that the bed sheets of both beds, and the pillow cases were not changed, because they looked crumpled, as if some one had used them before. On the small table besides the bed, I found pieces of hair drop. The 'flat screen tv' too, was not functioning well - with its blurred and double image. I made a complaint and requested for room service to the receptionist in-charged that evening, but he said that he couldn't do anything because the house-keeper had already gone home, and he promised me that my request would be fulfilled the next morning. The next morning I had to rush to the airport, but when I returned at 11.00 am, I found that nothing had been done, and my request for room service was to no avail. The amount of money I paid for the room and its facilities didn't reciprocate the service rendered.
