이 호텔은 아이비스 레드입니다. 약간 저럼한 아이비스 블루와 혼돈 할 수 있으니 참조 바랍니다 전반적으로가격대비 만족했읍니다 호텔비 한국돈 6만원에 아침 식사는 약 70DH 추가 부담했읍니다

dirty, garbage, don’t bother, towels are dirty, no soap, no toilet paper, the guy at night time, just handed me one to take with me, lol, avoid this place .

Le séjour était convenable, à part un léger problème de propreté à l'extérieur de la chambre. Aussi au niveau du petit déjeuner, il y avait beaucoup trop d'attente pour avoir nos couverts, ainsi que la nourriture.

Établissement propre et personnel à l ecoute.

This hotel is pretty decent. The best thing about it in my opinion is that it had an excellent view of the beach. And the shower was really nice. The rooms are small, not really clean. There was no shampoo and shower gel.The elevator stopped working when we were checking out, but the staff was really helpful, and helped us with our heavy luggage.

Goed voor een dag en meer ook niet. Ontbijt was summier en basic.

The first room stank cigarettes. Horrible. The second room the bathroom smelled like urine. Disgusting. Asma the receptionist was professional and kind.

Het inchecken duurt heel lang. De man was niet op de hoogte van onze reservering en we moesten uitgebreide formuliertjes invullen.ook moesten we contant nog 4 € toeristenbelasting betalen. Het bed is prima. In de kamer is geen drinkbeker of glas aanwezig. Er waren deze keer wel kleerhangers. We hadden een kamer aan de voorkant met uitzicht op zee. Erg mooi. Het ontbijt viel tegen. Wat zoetigheid, maar weinig keuze aan hartig broodbeleg. Geen gewone thee, wel redelijke koffie.

Het hotel is aan het verouderen en vooral aan het versoberen. Er zijn geen kleerhangers, er wordt in de kamer geen drinkwater verstrekt, er staat maar 1 glas, er is geen koelkastje. Het ontbijt was goed en het personeel was correct. Het was schoon. De ligging aan zee is schitterend.

Trashy hotel, outdated with nasty furniture, found blood in one of the sheets, they refused to clean the room if you’re staying more than one night, the key needs to be updated every day, never again, needs to shut down for renovation otherwise they will lose customers.

Trop de lenteur à l'enregistrement.parking trop petit et pas opérationnel. Service du jamais vu hormis les efforts de quelques femmes de ménages qui trop surbouquees J'ai connu des Ibis mais celui ci sort du tas par la médiocrité du service des agents à l'accueil qui ne se transmettent les infos me donnant l'impression qu'on quémande Un manque d'hygiène à la piscine.mais c'est dû à certains clients. Dans l'état actuel à déconseiller aux gens qui ont l'habitude d'un certain standing.

Upon checking out, it turned out that the man at the reception pocketed the 20 euros, and we had to pay the tourist tax again. Additionally, we were initially given two bad rooms, and after complaining and slipping them some money, they changed the rooms for us, even though they initially claimed everything was fully booked. But once we gave them some money, it suddenly became possible. The hairdryer in the room was broken, but fortunately, I had brought my own. Otherwise, everything was fine. However, be aware that you may be scammed by the reception, so keep a close eye on things.”

I stayed at Elaaz Farm for three nights and ended up extending my stay because it was so incredible! The peaceful setting, comfortable accommodations, and top-notch service made it the perfect getaway. The food was a highlight—fresh, local, and absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, and savor amazing food, Elaaz Farm is it. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Stopped here for one night .Location is great but the room was outdated and mildew smell from bathroom wall was terrible .Could not sleep at all.

Votre site annonce un check-in dès 12h or pas possible avant 14h. Puis toujours pas de chambre disponible après 14h30... Enfin votre site annonce climatisation or pas de clim dans la chambre au 3e, après réclamation on nous déménage au 2nd mais encore moins de clim puis après 22h nous avons enfin une chambre convenable avec sa climatisation ! Vous annoncez aussi une navette aéroport or rien n'existe, pas de poubelle dans la chambre ou la salle de bain, pas de serviette sans demander, la carte d'entrée se démagnétise à chaque fois, l'eau de la douche sort jusque dans la chambre, des clous sortent du parquet et nous piquent si nous restons pieds nus et pas de savon pour se laver les mains non plus! Très difficile ce séjour et je ne reviendrai pas c'est certain! Des travaux, perceuse et agents qui parlent très fort très tôt n'ont rien arrangés! Le Jardin et la piscine sont bien entretenus si l'hôtel pouvait l'être autant ...! Le réceptionniste Akram est force de proposition, il a su gérer tous les problème rencontrés. Merci à lui! Lilly.

sejour dans l'ensemble correct ..la restauration affiche des prix un peu eleves neanmoins c'est propre ..le menu peut etre ameliore..pensez a affichez des commodites aux clients IBIS tel qu'un tour de la ville-visite des monuments- salle de sport et fitness..prevoir des chaines de sport qui marchent (eurosport-beinsport etc)

Es ist einfach älter und sollte renoviert werden. Zimmer und auch Ausstattung ist nicht mehr aktuell. Freundliche Mitarbeiter sind immer da und helfen dem Gast.
