Loved our stay here - the apartment was perfect for us, we had plenty of space and the character was fab. Being so close to the beach, great cafes and restaurants was incredible and the parking space is fantastic in a busy seaside area.

We stayed in the Sand Dune unit. Lovely unit on beach front. Not at all noisy though you can slightly hear the neighbouring unit. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by and enjoy the sound of the surf. Only stayed one night but would have loved to be able to stay longer. Ate dinner and breakfast at the Esplanade restaurant - very authentic Italian food, would highly recommend.

Lovely clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views. Very calm atmosphere with amazing eateries nearby. Perfect for a getaway, whether to relax or for the more active guest. Easy check in details. Will definitely be back

Very clean, well equipped..

Incredible views from both the bedroom and living area. Very comfortable and and absolutely wonderful and relaxing place to stay. This was the perfect place for us to enjoy the Dunedin/Otago area for a few days. We'd absolutely love to stay here again.

Property had a bizarre bathroom set up. The toilet was in a separate room with no sink to wash one's hands after nature had called. We had to walk over to the opposite side of the apartment to a different room that had a shower and sink in it. This was very inconvenient and obviously not very sanitary. Apartment was cold and took quite a while to heat up. Luckily we are used to heat pumps so we understood this. Parking is only good for a smaller car. Our rental fit in without issue (Ford Puma) but larger cars could be a problem. There is a small parking lot next door but the spaces are pretty narrow and the lot is often full.

Beautiful property I would recommend to anyone. Amazing view. Property is updated and clean. Decor is beautiful.

This place was amazing. We loved the epic view. It was super clean, warm and cozy with the heater ready and waiting when we arrived. Very well equipped. Great location too. Easy parking right underneath. And good communication

Booked at the last minute so was unaware it was under construction with scaffolds in front of views. However, we could see the ocean

An excellent view of the ocean! There is scaffolding up at the moment but work must be done! A lovely size, lovely room, and the best view of St Clair we have had.

Loved our stay. Very comfortable. Great view of the sea and the surfers. Parking is pretty tight in the garages but such a popular area hard to find alternative park. Would recommend

great property all round

One of the best apartment we have stayed in. Fantastic location over looking the ocean. Could hear the waves in the apartment. The view was amazing. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. parking underneath the apartment was good. Apartment was lovely decorated and fully equipped. Would highly recommend *****

There was no communication about how to get into property. Fortunately I was with my daughter who lives here and who contacted the person running the apartments and got the code for the key box. This would have been stressful if I’d been on my own after travelling night and day from the UK. Apart from this glitch it was a lovely place to stay

The property was amazing, clean, comfortable and with a great view. If we are in Dunedin again it is the only place we would stay at.
