Modern and clean. Rooms have up to date technology and automations (the blinds and lights open and turn on upon arrival). You will not regret staying here. Tons of shopping and food just a few steps away. Easily the best place to stay in Auckland proper.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable hotel. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. Everything was amazing. Even the soaps provided was top tier. The bedsheets were thick, clean and comfortable. The towels were clean and thick. Really enjoyed our wonderful stay. Stayed here twice and was amazing both times. My kids loved it too. Very clean!!! Staff was all very kind and welcoming.

Great location friendly staff and generally clean room but they didn’t change the bedding at all during our 3 nights stay. I dropped the alarm on the floor but it’s been in the same location all 3 days so no one’s even doing the proper cleaning

Exceptional in every way. Service is impeccable. Staff are incredibly helpful. The view is wonderful. Wifi is excellent. Pillows and bed are dreamy. We’ll never stay anywhere else in Auckland again. Thank you.

Well located for shopping and viaduct- to catch the ferry. The staff were great and attentive, very accomodating. Breakfast offerings were delicious to satisfy different dietary requirements.
I absolutely will stay here again.

Best location for anyone embarking on a cruise from Auckland. Worth coming in 3-4 days ahead of time. Location is awesome! Definitely worth a second stay anytime I’m in town!
