The hostel is OK for budget travellers like me, with free breakfast and coffee. The place is located @ the heart of El Nido proper. Just walking distance to the beach, bpi bank, restaurants, tours & travels, etc.

I had the best experience while staying on their guesthouse. From the beginning of my stay until I checked out. Clean room, an air-conditioned room, restroom with bidet and free breakfast for that cheap price is all worth it. Hoping for another vacation and definitely will come again.

Second time staying in Austria, and I can say it's still the same. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. I just wanted to commend, Serg! Even though he's no longer working in Austria, He did assist us. Coordinated to different tour Agencies for us to get discount. Can't wait to go back in El Nido.

Worst ever mahal na room maalikabok fan room no slippers dugyot uncomfortable don't ever try to book here sayang pera MA's marami ng sulit na accommodation sa el nido, its very dirty even comfort room kadiri, not recommended.

The room is terrible. We even ask for wifi and no wifi working! The aircon doesn't work and already ask reception 2 times! They just told us aircon is working and not even go to check. We decided to go to another hotel

The breakfast and the staff was good but the room itself was unpleasant especially the shared bathroom for private room. Bathroom drainer was clogged 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s better to use their shared bathroom for dormitory room, they let us use them after our island hopping even though we’ve already check-out. All in all it was a thank you next experience 😁🤷🏼‍♀️

Perfect location! Austria’s place is just near to the beach, ATMs, nice restaurants and Church. Ours was a standard double room with breakfast, but we didn’t expect that it’s a shared bathroom. The room has tissue but no shampoo & soap which’s fine since room rate was cheap. Our room was spacious since it’s a double room, so we had the queen bed. Nothing to worry when someone is using the bathroom ‘coz they have the public CR located beside our room. The staff were friendly and helpful in terms answering our questions and of the actual price of the cabs, tricycle, and other payments. We really love our breakfast even if it’s plated. Tricycle drivers can easily locate Austria. Happiness beach bar, T-Spot, Art Cafe and many more famous restos are just in front of Austria. Wi-Fi was intermittent.

When we got there, I’m disappointed with our room. It’s not the room as I expected. It’s different from their site. Our room wall is like a nipa hut, behind the toilet and near kitchen. Woke up in the morning and saw a mouse and then next morning I saw a cockroach. Yeah didn’t enjoyed my stay there but the food is good.

giường đôi cho 2 người nhưng kích thước rất nhỏ, chỉ đủ cho 1 người nằm. toilet trong phòng bị nghẹt, giội nước không đi. Tôi phải đi toilet công cộng ở ngoài.

The place is very near to the beach. The staffs are very accommodating and very hospitable. Wifi connection is very fast. I would like to suggest that they should put mirrors in the room.

Basically it's a get what you pay for establishment, my room was a single room where you could not swing a cat round in it and the shared toilet facilities were very basic and in need of maintenance. Having said that, I am returning to stay 1 more extra night on my return from Coron. The place is run by very friendly staff, breakfast choices are good,WiFi ok once working and it is very central for the boat jetty and El Nido town.

The place is very accessible to everything that you might need — restaurants, ATM, bars l, beach etc. The staffs were very friendly and accommodating. They were also helpful whenever you need help regarding your tour. I even got a room upgrade. The only thing that I would like them to improve is the ceiling. There were droplets of water in the ceiling when it rained quite hard. However, I will still give them 5 stars!!!

It was a great experience staying at Austria’s guest house. Accessible to almost every establishments. Room was big enough for a solo traveler like me. They serve free breakfast too (omelet was just a little salty). Shared bathroom was so small but it’s always clean and smells good. Wifi was really weak though the router is just near my window.

Delicious breakfast. Walking distance from the seaside. Value for money.
