보증금 내야 되는지모르고 말을 못알아들어서 애먹었던 기억이! 그래도 직원분들 다 친절하시고 경비서는분도 계셔서 안전했어요 주변근처에 편의점도있고 조식은 너무짰어용 ㅜㅠ냉장고도 없어서 불편했는데 잠만자기엔 괜찮아요

어디를 이동하든 세부에 머물든 위치상으로 아주좋다. 청결도나 직원 친절도는 우수했다 단 번화가 가운대 있어서 밤늦도록 소음이 잦아들지 않는다 룸과 룸사이에 방음이 잘 안되서 소음에 민감한사람 이라도 잠들기 힘들수도 있을것 같다.

인터넷에 옛날 사진이 도는것 같은데, 리모델링 했구요. 직원들의 서비스, 청결, 위치, 화장실 수압, 기타 시설, 가격,와이파이 상태 등 모두 훌륭했습니다. 남자 2명이 숙박을해서 크게 불편함 없이 편안히 있다가 갔구요. 가격을 생각하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 세부 시내에 다시 가게 된다면 여기서 다시 묵을 것 같아요.

Staff was nice and professional. There are security guards. Lower level parking is nice. Clean rooms.

Hotel has a nice ground floor area and staff are efficient and friendly. Our room was left to be desired. The beds were comfortable but the AC was not strong even though we had lowered the temperature to the lowest setting. The washroom was also very small for how big the actual room was. And there were ants everywhere especially by the fridge area. It could use a little updating but it's not too bad for a one night stay. I like the free breakfast and that there were many choices.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Function room looks clean and neat. Room is clean with basic necessity, including a kettle. Comfortable bed. Only some rooms window to a airwell, not outside. Cafe food is good. Very convenient location. Always have a taxi standing by at the entrance.

Econo room is poorly designed. The ac is at head level while sleeping. Shower doors wouldn't close properly and leaking shower. Very accommodating staff

A lot of mold in the toilet, there is a consistent noise of the aircon

Service was great, meals were good, rooms were nice & spaciois.

I stayed 2 nights for business. Unfortunately, I was not able to rest because I can hear the chats and laughter in the hallways. Upon check in the front desk staff mentioned breakfast is from 7am to 10am. So I went down for breakfast around 7:10am, lights were still closed. I asked the attendant what's for breakfast and she said breakfast is at 7:30am then pointed at the sign. Then added they only serve 7am breakfast upon request. I wanted to confront her but I did not want to ruin may day.

Good value for money, nice location and quiet aircon.

When I arrived to check in they told me their Wi-Fi was out is that okay I told them no I'm going to find a different hotel please give me a refund they said no.

The property and staff were good. Very few in room amenities, no ability to heat water for tea or reheat leftover meals. Breakfast was good but no access to coffee in the lobby after cafe closed in the morning.

Friendly staff Very affordable

On their website they said it's free breakfast but none at all. Our room is infront of the road & it was so noisy with the cars or motorbike passing by. The only good thing about it was the staff are friendly & accomodating. Overall, I am dissapointed with my stay.
