호텔 빈치 본자르딤

스페인 포르투갈 여행하며 총 4곳의 호텔을 이용했는데 그중에서 제일 좋았던 호텔입니다. 새로 생긴지 얼마 안된 느낌의 인테리어였으며 밝고 깔끔하고 유니크한 감성과 직원분들도 엄청 밝고 긍정적인 분들이었어요. 조식도 너무너무 잘나와서 미리 신청해두길 잘했다 생각했습니다. 상벤투역 기준으로는 조금 거리가 있지만 저는 상벤투역 부근이 공사중인데다가 너무 복잡하고 사람이 많아서 그쪽에 가는게 오히려 싫었기 때문에 호텔위치가 더 좋았습니다. 상벤투에서 더 위쪽에 위치하기 때문에 호텔 옥상의 뷰가 너무너무 좋았습니다. 옥상의 수영장은 생각보다 많이 작았습니다. 다시 포르투에 가게 된다면 꼭 다시 숙박하고 싶습니다.

A lovely hotel. The staff were amazing, they made a huge effort to make my partners birthday special. The beds were very comfortable and the bar roof top bar and pool were amazing. Very close the the metro to get into Porto riverside and tourists spots. PI would highly recommend this hotel and we are already planning our next trip.

Upon check-in the reception team was really kind and helpful. Overall, throughout my stay the reception was always very smiley and happy to help which was lovely. I found the room delightfully spacious and the bed comfortable; it’s on the harder side but I don’t like soft beds. The AC was strong enough to make the room a comfortable temperature. There were also ample plugs for charging devices which was great, especially by the desk. The pool is small and there aren’t many chairs. If you want one, you should get there early. However there are also several seats on the restaurant terrace that many use to relax and that’s ok as well. Unfortunately, there also were children not obeying the pool rules and not looked after by their parents which was quite frustrating. Despite this, the rooftop is a nice area to relax and the gentlemen working the rooftop bar were very kind and had a good attitude. The breakfast had amazing variety and the fresh fruits were fantastic as was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel breakfast! It’s also very helpful that they post a chart of how crowded the breakfast is likely to be and that you can take your coffee to go :) Overall, after this third visit, if I’m ever back in Porto I will make sure to check out the price for this hotel. For this stay it was fantastic value for money and suited my needs very well. The breakfast upcharge for once was really worth it and I will make sure to add that on if I’m back.

Worst of experiences in Porto. Had a dental emergency so I needed to extend my stay by one day. I looked on the Hotels.com app and it was €88/night. I attempted to reach out to the hotel through the app to see if they could make the accommodation so that they would block out my room from room service and not book a new room. This was my mistake because I waited until I returned to the hotel(20 min later) to make the accommodation of my extended stay. The hotel staff were able to make the accommodation for an addition €40/night. I said that I would just book through the app if it was that much of an increase. When I pulled up the app again, the price available was now also €40 more. I begrudgingly paid the increase while vocalizing the radical price change in such a short amount of time. No one on the front desk staff offered a discount or price match or any other adjustment, but did charge me for the city tax for two people for the previous three night and the additional night though I had already paid for one foe the first three nights on checkin(€18 extra, 6€/day), so the price increased again. I went to my room, booked a different hotel with more amenities for the same price of the new charge at this hotel. The hotel finally responded the following day saying they offered a 10% discount and I had rejected that offer. The staff responded indignantly that there was nothing they could do about the price of the room.

Hotellet var rigtig dejligt - rent, fine værelser, dejlig rooftop område med lille pool, restaurant/bar, god beliggenhed for at komme rundt som gående og med metro, høj og venlig service både mht. tidlig ankomst, bringe kufferter på værelser, morgenmadspakke ved tidlig afrejse, guide til seværdigheder, i bar, ved morgenmad mv. Og der er virkelig god morgenmad. Vi kunne helt sikkert finde på at komme igen.

The staff immediately welcomed us with a glass of sparkling wine and took time to go over points of interest on a map with us. Our room was clean, comfortable and functional. The breakfast for 15 euros per person was well stocked with everything we could have possibly wanted to eat. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and they had several different types of coffee available. We ate cooked to order omelets each day and they also had fried or scrambled eggs with sides of bacon and sausage. Lots of fresh fruit and yogurt was also served alongside multiple pastries.

We had such a wonderful stay here. It is super close to the metro so easy access. It is convenient to all of the major sites you would want to see and tons of shopping and restaurants. We were welcome with a welcome drink. They put our bags in the room for us While we were outside seeing before check-in. Just a really lovely experience.

Incrivelmente impecável! Do check ao out, passando pelo atendimento, restaurantes, ajuda com reservas, logística, tudo incrível. Destaco os restaurantes, do café e roof top: serviço nota 10, comida maravilhosa. O Vincci sabe como surpreender com toques de sofisticação e atenção em cada detalhe. Espero que mantenham isto ao longo prazo, pois é um diferencial que já não se vê muito por aí.

Vores ophold var en rigtig god oplevelse. Morgenmad, service og væreledet var rigtig godt. Det eneste minus var at vi ikke kunne åbne vinduet på vores værelse og at poolen ikke var opvarmet.

Hôtel très bien situé et central. Situé à quelques minutes du centre ville, tout est accessible à pied. En revanche hôtel mal insonorisé. L'essentiel y est c'est relativement propre et les chambres sont plus que correctes. Le coin café/thé est mal agencé, même si ce n'est qu'un détail c'est désagréable de devoir tout bouger pour maintenir la machine pour préparer un café. Equipe de l'accueil souriante, agréable mais pas très avenante. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon au vu du coût de la vie à Porto.
