I've stayed there 4 days, and very satisfied with this apartment with comfortable place to stay. Also the crews were kind.

깨끗하고 조용함. 주방이 있어 사용하기에 편리했음. 하지만 침대 매트리스가 상태가 좋지 않아 스프링이 등에 느껴질 정도였으며 잠자리가 다소 불편했음.

너무 너무 조용하고 깨끗하고 좋았어요.

완전 대만족, 우리나라 콘도같은 느낌(20평대), 깨끗하고 주방에 시설완벽하게 세팅되어 있어서 (세탁기,세척기, 주방용품 세트, 전자레인지, 인버터 등) 며칠동안 숙박하면서 근처 슈퍼에서 먹을것을 사다가 요리해서 먹기에 아주좋은 숙소임. 가격도 저렴하고 메인 역에서도 멀지않고, 버스로 한번에 에딘버러성, 로열마일, 헐리루드(여왕여름별장) 갈 수 있음

we like the location, perfect to walk around. we dislike the hot shower water not enough for 3-4 people use continuously. and we like the washer, but if you may sale the detergent for 1-3 loads, that gonna be perfect.

Perfect stay close to city center

Good location, 20min walk to the castle. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was comfortable and quiet, parking secure underground.

Suited our needs well. Good, quiet, safe location. Shower excellent- washing up liquid and dishwasher tabs provided. Enjoyed shower gel and hand wash. Easy to get around on foot or via bus and Haymarket station close by.

Rigtig fin lejlighed til prisen. Dørene smækkede ret hårdt og vandet i bruseren var ikke altid varmt, men det er også det eneste der trak ned. Vi var 5 venner som boede sammen og havde fint med plads. Sovesofaen har 2 enkelt senge og de var skønne at sove i!

Edinburgh is a beautiful city not to miss and property is very central , we could walk to the castle and we were delighted with everything about the city and apart hotel made it easier to enjoy

Booked for a family overnighter, asked for 2 single sofa beds as have teenage sons but did not receive confirmation of this prior to stay even though asked twice. It was a double sofa which transformed into 2 single beds with a small gap between-might have been useful for this to have been explained. On arrival the apartment was very warm and so had to air it. Upon trying to open the balcony window/door it was very stiff and did not run smoothly - was very difficult to close. Kitchen appeared to have all amenities although we did not use them as ate out. The bathroom had a stained floor and chipped unsightly wall areas. The shower was slow to heat up and the half shower screen made it difficult not to get water outside of it. It was powerful though. The sink blocked easily as water was running. The bedroom window did not close properly and along with constant noise from above (we were top floor) very little sleep was had, it was a windy night. There were stains on the back of the living room curtain although the overall cleanliness was ok. TV seemed to work ok. Carpark seemed secure (underground) but was not the easiest to gain access to. Had to find somewhere to park to go to reception for the code. Might have been better to have been given the code prior to arrival. Also the buzzer for allowing into the carpark was on the exit side? Overall, average stay-could have been better for the price we paid.

Clean studio with like a new kitchen equipments

Having the kitchen and separate bathroom is convenient when staying for more than 2 nights. However, the kitchen counter in our room is damaged and the freezer door doesn’t close properly. Also no housekeeping unless you stay for 7 nights or more. Nice to have own washing machine even though it takes forever to do one load. It’s a bit far to the Princess Street and still need to walk to bus stations so, not convenient for people who have difficulty walking. We however, walked everywhere within the city without issues.

Lovely apartmemts, very clean & perfect for our night away. 10 minute walk to centre & staff were very helpful

I highly recommend this property especially for extended stays in Edinburgh. Great location close to all the sites, the tram line, Haymarket and Waverley Stations but a little bit off the main road if you want some quiet. Great neighborhood with lots dining choices. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. I will return
