We spent a week here in July and absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful rooms and especially our private pool on the balcony – the perfect spot for a morning swim or a refreshing dip during the day. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. Every staff member went out of their way to make our stay special, and their friendliness made a big difference.The restaurant serves delicious food, and I’d recommend dining there instead of ordering room service. Sitting outside with live music while enjoying our meal was such a highlight – and it was a lovely touch that the chef came by to ask if we enjoyed the food. The hotel also offers wonderful massages and a small but well-equipped gym with everything you need. I never had to wait for equipment, as it was usually quiet. The only downside was that the rooftop pool was closed for maintenance, but with a great pool downstairs, it wasn’t a big issue – if anything, it just gives us another reason to come back! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

We stayed at Hotel Adam for three nights, and everything was exactly as shown on Hotels.com. The surroundings were incredibly relaxing, and it was clear from the moment we arrived until we checked out that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. We were warmly greeted each day by Nana, Tia, Mike, and Jane always with a smile, which made us feel truly welcome. A special mention goes to AE, who was on the night shift. We often returned to the hotel late and were always happy to see her. Her kind presence and helpful enthusiasm made a difference whether we needed an extra towel for the beach or simply wanted to chat about our admiration for the hotel’s beautiful design and facilities. During one of our conversations with her, she even shared the story behind the hotel’s design concept and the inspiration behind the colour choices used throughout the property. We thought that was such a nice touch! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return the next time we visit Krabi.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make sure every need was met. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. The location was perfect, offering both a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We stayed in the loft swim-up suite, and my kids loved the floating breakfast in the pool! We will come back!

I can’t say enough amazing things about the staff at Hotel Adam. They made me feel incredibly welcome, were super accommodating, warm, and very genuine. I haven’t had a hotel experience like that in my travels. That includes hotels like The Four Seasons and the Ritz. Convenient location to the downtown and the beach. Spacious rooms and great water pressure! Highly recommend Hotel Adam!

Best hotel I've stayed at. From the moment we entered we were looked after. Everything was clean and the rooms are very cool with an Indoor private pool. The breakfast is amazing. Tia welcomed us and her and the other front desk staff were so friendly everytime we entered or exited the property. The breakfast staff was so attentive and kind as well, especially to our children. The kids room was perfect too. Close to main street and as well as a walk or short tuk tuk to beach. Highly recommend Hotel Adam!

I’ve been staying at Hotel Adam for a little over a week, and it has been a truly wonderful experience. The rooms are relatively spacious with large beds and excellent air conditioning. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, offering a combination of made-to-order dishes and a well-stocked buffet with plenty of options. What truly stood out during our stay wasn’t the hotel itself or its location, but rather the incredible staff. Everyone we met was kind and genuinely service-minded. I especially want to highlight a young woman who was a trainee, she escorted us to our room and was simply amazing. I’d also like to mention the breakfast staff, Kaew, Aof, and Namwa, who consistently made our mornings better with their outstanding service and warm energy. There isn’t much to criticize, but if I had to mention something, it would be the humidity. Regardless of whether we kept the bathroom or pool doors closed, the bed and our clothes always felt damp. The dry mode on the AC didn’t make a noticeable difference. This is likely due to a combination of the overall humid climate, less insulated doors, and a lack of ventilation to draw out the moisture. Still, this is a minor issue and certainly manageable. I will definitely be coming back, Warm regards, Aleksandar and Jon Ole

This hotel is truly amazing. I loved it here. Staff is nice place is clean and breakfast is amazing.

Overall was happy with our stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Tia at the front of house had great energy and made us feel welcome and comfortable. We had a few critiques for the hotel istelf. It sells itself as 5 star and I would beg to differ. First our pool room was over looking the montain view however if you look below you are welcomed with an overgrown jungle. After my partner and I were discussing how they should buy the land and just landscape, low and behold the next day we are greated with a message telling us that during the remainder of the stay we will be experiencing excavating right outside our room. Secondly the pool intself didn't function correctly the self cleaning system was half working and one day decided not to work at all. The cleaning of the pool is questionable. The room was clean, the minibar which is complementary could be better stocked. The bed is comfortable amd we did prefer the choice of a ceiling fan on during the night rather than A/C all night. The stand outs for this hotel are the quirky design and dining experience which I thought were fantastic. With a little renovation and upkeep this accommodation could be rated higher, not sure I would return with the other options available in the local area.

Um dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei! Tudo perfeito, staff atencioso e sempre disposto a nos auxiliar em tudo que for necessário. Recomendo de olhos fechados! Não há nada a desabonar!

O hotel é incrível! Quarto excelente, com piscina particular, camas confortáveis, banheiro de ótimo tamanho. Dispõe de roupões, chinelo e toalha de praia. Oferece mimos à tarde. Achei muito simpático!
