전반적인 상태는 좋았으나, 방음이 좋지않습니다.

숙소 위치가 무척 좋아요! 출장으로 방문했는데 만족스러운 경험이였어요

방이 깨끗하고 상태도 좋았습니다

노보텔 리모델링 공사중, 바로 머리위에서 공사함 그런 방을 배정하다니... 도대체 무슨 생각으로 그런 방을 배정해준걸까? 너무나 불편했다. 오래된 호텔, 서비스도 엉망, 최악 호텔 위치만 사이암에서 좋다.

위치가 좋아요 가까운 시암 파라곤과 센트럴 월드

직원이 모두 친절하고 미소를 짓고 있어서 나도 머무는 내내 행복했다. 감사하다

When I arrived at hotel, front desk agent has informed me that hotel is under renovation. I was very upset because not only they did not notified this important information before making reservation plus I tried to modified my reservation but the hotel has informed Hotels.com that they cannot honor since I did not choose this options. I thought it was double standard. Anyways, I was already very disappointed that time and I went up to my room and there was a used tower on top of my bathroom sink and at that point I already knew I should not expect much of service at this hotel. Second night my brother arrived at late evening and we went down to eat at the lobby. We ordered pizza and french fries but we had to cancel the order since the order did not come out after an hour and half and it was getting late. My brother told me that after he went back to his room and got ready to sleap but room service knock on the door and gave him the food that he ordered for free but he end up not eating since it was really late at that point. I was staying at 729 and outside of my room side there was a concert going on from 6am to at night. during my stay I stayed 3-4 hours. it was horrible. If anyone tries to stay at this hotel at least ask even number room that side would be much better as far as noise. However I do need to admit that the location is the most advantage point of this hotel.

두번째 숙박으로 교통과 시설 모두 만족했어서 더시 방문했습니다. Renovation이 되어서 외관 등이 어주깔끔해졌지만 소음이 최악입니다. 자정까지 옆방에서 남여가 떠드는 소리와 샤워 화장실소리가 둘리고 새벽 5시부터 다른 쪽에서 부부분이 영상통화를 하는 게 그대로 들려서 잠을 잘수가 없었습니다.

유명 쇼핑몰들과의 접근성이 매우 좋고, 대중교통 이용에 용이한 위치입니다. 체크 아웃 후에 짐을 맡아주기도 하고, 프론트 데스크 및 직원들 모두 친절합니다. 재방문 의사가 있습니다.

the staffs were very friendly, polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very near to the BTS which is a huge plus point, and you can travel easily to the hotel via BTS even if you have many luggages as it is only about a 5 mins walk or less from Siam BTS to the hotel. The hotel is also very near (literally just across the road)to the shopping areas like Siam Square, Siam Paragon, Siam Square 1 just to name a few. Even if you want to go to Central world or Big C, there is a huge sheltered skybridge and is only about a 15 to 20 mins walk depending on your own speed. You will literally feel that you are staying in the shopping area, very convenient. Will definitely choose to stay here again my next trip.

I'm grateful to the staff for being kind to me who can hardly speak English. It was great to be able to spend a comfortable time.

Staff service is excellent

Fantastic location! Situated along the busy activities and shopping malls area, while tucked away to the end of the main road allowed for easy access to malls and activities while maintaining some level of quiet. Rooms were adequately sized and clean. Staff were always approachable and friendly. Did not dine in the hotel as there were so many alternate options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

価格が高い

The square was only open for buffet and breakfast, but not for à la carte. Location was good. Pool facilities adequate. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall good value for money
