It’s good but there is some negativity in the room like there is spiders and ants food is good condition is excellent service is amazing

Staff was very helpful and engaged. Concierge Manager, Delik was especially helpful with transportation and questions I had about tram fares. Hotel located very close to main attractions in the Old City.

Great stay overall. Initial check in was a bit slow. Our room was put facing the main road with the tram running which can be noisy. Breakfast was ok but we didn’t think was worth €20pp compared to another hotel we stayed at where breakfast was already included in the price. Otherwise staff generally attentive.

Friendly staff great hotel

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast selection is excellent. The rooms are slightly on the small side but they are clean and well maintained. Overall the hotel is excellent.

Excellent service, except perhaps upon check in and check out where there were problems with the bill and with the staff members' limited English.

L'hôtel est situé très bien situé, pas loin du grand bazar et de la mosquée bleue et Sainte Sophie. Il est très agréable et propre. Ma chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Le personnel est très accueillant et nous aide avec plaisir.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location is great for old city tourist attractions. 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar. We used the tram for Bosphorus and Taksim area. The hotel room well equipped and serviced. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for global guests.something for everybody. Coffee machines in high demand. My only complaint. We were at front on first floor. Street noise.
