What a lovely place to stay, a wonderful community of people, from the front desk, to bar staff, kitchen, spa services. These people really know how to give brilliant hospitality. They work hard to keep the customers happy, they made us feel welcomed the very first day all the way to our very last day. ❣️ Such a wonderful bunch of staff. I would definitely be returning. It’s clean, smells lovely, fresh with a modern look. The food was lovely. It’s the first hotel I have been to that have gluten free products on display at breakfast without me having to ask for it. Biscuits, cake and bread. This is rare I was so pleased to see this. Every hotel should do this. To accommodate everyones needs. The front desk were so helpful with anything we needed and also helped us to find tours or travel and outside entertainment and site seeing around the Istanbul city. It was such a pleasant and enjoyable stay. The staff are loving, caring and really care about their guests. They go the extra mile to make you feel happy with your stay. Kemel Gigdem, Faith and Mashsun they were my favorites and Spa service staff plus The hospitality staff made breakfast feel great. Front desk is the best, they set the tone for the hotel and bring high expectations and you definitely see it. We will certainly be coming back.

직원이 매우 친절했고 룸 상태도 넓고 훌륭합니다.
아침 7시에 도착했는데 early check-in이 안되니까 친잘하게 쉬는 곳 안내해 주시고.. 12시에
최대한 빨리 나오는 방 안내해 주셨어요. 조식도 그 정도면 괜찮습니다. 공항에서 1번 공항버스 타고 종잠까지 오시먄 걸어서 15분. 주뱐 5분 거리에 트램이 있으나 위치는 그저그랬네요. 호텔 근처에 아무것도 없었구요.

생각보단 작은 호텔이었습니다~호텔스의 사진으로는 굉장히 커보였는데..
객실은 생각보다 좋진 않았습니다.물이 세서 방도 바꾸고..다만 아침 조식이 맘에들게 잘 나왔습니다.그리고 위치가 찾는데 좀 걸렸네요..방은 따뜻해서 다행이었습니다.3월인데도 어찌나 추운지.. 따뜻한방과 조식 빼놓고는 그럭저럭 했습니다.그래도 가격대비는 괜찮은듯~와이파이도 꽤 괜찮았습니다~

We satyed 5 nights( 2 rooms) at this property Aug 25.From reciption desk to checking in and check out it was a wonderfull experiance.
hotel staff was excellent and very helpfull 2 young lads(Emirhan &Deniz) at reception extremely polite and helpfull .
food and Bevrages Manager (Gagatay or Gigdem i have misplaced his name )was very helpfull and friendly person with a smile on his face .
rooms were clean thanks to house keeper manager Ruya
over all very satisfactory and enjoyable stay .We are already planning to vist next year

I’ve been to many Holiday Inn hotels before, however this one at this location is below expectation.
Upon arrival my room was not available due to my early flight. So I paid for half a day and was given a very compact room. Two beds and a sofa bed that didn’t fold and was resting on a metal base.
Safe was not working and couldn’t dial out .
House keeping appeared to be very rushed!
Kemal night shift worker was extremely helpful though when I explained that someone on the tram stole my wallet from my bag. Travellers be aware of packed out trams that’s when thieves grab opportunities.

On a eu un super séjour dans cet hôtel. Le rapport qualité prix était top étant donné que les chambres sont modernes et spacieuses. De plus l’hôtel est super bien placé au centre d’Istanbul.
Et également le personnel était super agréable que ce soit à l’accueil ou pour les agents d’entretiens qui étaient très gentils. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout ceux qui comptent se rendre à Istanbul

This hotel was not clean at all. The balcony room was nothing like what they described it to be. It was completely closed and it had bird poop all over the floor. The room was dirty and had mold. The bathroom was also disgusting. We had breakfast one of the days and it was so awful, food was terrible and it had an awful smell. I will say the front desk man(I believe his name was Osamn) was very nice and professional. He introduced us into multiple tours and the tour we finally chose was amazing.
